Location was fantastic, right in the centre of Palermo! The room is simply stunning, I have never stayed in a place with such wow factor!! It was the last night of our honeymoon so they gave us two bottles of Prosecco! The double shower was amazing, round bed and mirrored ceiling, I felt like a superstar in a movie! The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home and nothing was too much to ask. Directions on how to get to places, tips on the best places to eat and friendly and easy conversation despite any language barrier. The owner also personally took us to the airport at 7am and told us about all the sights we were seeing along the way, our own personal guided tour! A definite little slice of paradise! We would definitely stay here again! Thankyou so much for making the last night of our honeymoon totally unforgettable!!

* The location. 100mtrs from the Quatro and all the nightlife of restaurants, bars and the hustle and bustle of people. * The family run business, led by Giovanni and his father. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Sicily. * The tours to Agragento and Erice personally organised by Giovanni. * The room. As advertised, and everything worked.

The walk-up to the suites can be a bit of a challenge with bags and all, but Giovanni was always there to take care of this for us.

The rooms are actually very nice and modern. The spa suite is particularly nice and well appointed. The daily cleaning service was great. The place is located near one end of busy Marqued street, a stone’s throw from restaurants and bars and venues of all types. It also is 5 minutes from bus and train terminals. Literally, everything of our interest was within walking distance. Giuseppe was amazingly attentive to our needs and easily reachable via text day and night. He was kind and knowledgeable and spoke English well enough for our purposes.

As with any place, it had a couple of things that could have used some work. One of the double showers in the spa suite worked better than the other. The espresso machine was very tricky to use. But those issues were very minor for an otherwise beautiful place to stay.

Easy check in with a nice host. Easy access to the public parking, the host will help you with the parking ticket, this is really great. Plus with a champagne at the room free of charge, this was a nice surprise. Nice room and perfect with the Netflix on one of the tv’s.

Lights inside the room are way too bright and white. The room is missing more comfy light or some lights that will not blind you, more cozy lightning is needed. The floor was washed in some soap that felt a bit weird, but good that they had the slippers. The power went off 6 times in 15 minutes or something, that was weird but it got fixed :-)

Ah, Palermo! If only I could give 11 to rate Marmur Suite - I would do it In a heartbeat! 11!!! Giuseppe - and everyone we interacted with - were amazing! Very smooth check-in, ytansger from the airport, great communication even though we arrived very late. The room deserves a special mention - it was huge, full of mystery and romance. Giant jacuzzi revived us to the night of passion and the next day full of wonders. And a bottle of proseco played a special role that special evening. Special touch - is the View from the jacuzzi of the bell tower right outside the windows. Main Street of Palermo - is the best place to stay, especially when sunny windows face away from the street noise. Would love to stay again!

this place is amazing. i would totally recommend. from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with good service. throughout our stay we met their driver Giovanni I think his name was. he was so friendly and showed us every place to visit and took us to the best beaches and cefalu. if you think of coming here, you definitely should.

there is nothing I did not like. everything was perfect. whoever thinks of staying in Palermo, should go here.

The room was beautiful with everything we needed but!!

To get to our room we had to go through a courtyard that looked like an ancient parking garage with debris scattered all over. There were motorcycles that were parked here and there. One was torn apart. The courtyard had a dusty dirt floor and we had to climb up 3 long flights of stairs to the entrance of the place. We were given 2 keys for separate ancient doors which was OK but on the last day when we came to get our bags to leave, one of the keys would not work. Luckily someone came out of the courtyard so we could retrieve our luggage and head to the airport. The reception wasn't staffed most of the time.

What I liked most about my stay/hotel was the Stuff- Mario messaged me a day before arrival to see if I was still attending and if I need directions to get from the airport to the hotel! We had a delay with our flight and missed the normal check in times and he checked to see if we were okay, once we had arrived he let us know that we can message him if we need any help locating things to do! I’m really pleased with my stay here and if/when I do come back to Palermo I will be staying here again. Thank you Mario!

Great modern room with large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. Located quite centrally, and Mario was very helpful throughout our stay, even when our flight was delayed.

Our AC unit was flashing while we were asleep which wasn’t ideal. Arriving and walking through Palermo at night with suitcases felt somewhat unsafe, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Beautiful renovated room in an 18th century building with hot tub, view and only a 2 minute walk to the 4 corners. The family that ran the hotel did everything to make you feel at home. You get to stay 2 minutes from the hart of Palermo without having to deal with the noise and traffic.
