The hosts are the best I've ever experienced,they were so helpful from start to finish , they organised our arrival transfer,they helped us navigate the city ,helped us book tickets to the football ( which was such a great day) and helped us find some areas out of the city,advising us on bus routes etc.We were also very lucky to be offered our room until later in the afternoon so we could refresh before our evening flight.The breakfast is good beautiful croissants and fresh coffee.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.Set in a beautiful old building in classic design.Very central for bars restaurants and the old city for sightseeing .Would definitely recommend to friends and family and if we came back would stay again.

The noise from the street at night, but the hotel is bang in the center so to be expected,if you want quiet maybe not for you,also it is situated on the second flight of stairs anyone who isn't so mobile may struggle,we had no problems with this.

Our stay at the B&B was very pleasant. Chiara and Massimo were extremely kind and helpful – always ready to assist and provide information about the hotel, buses, public transport, beaches, and local attractions. When they were not at the hotel, they were always reachable via WhatsApp, which was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made croissant (large and wonderfully soft). There were various spreads available (chocolate, pistachio, jams, butter), as well as sausages, cheeses, bread, and cereals. They also prepared coffee of your choice. It was even possible to arrange breakfast at a different time if needed. Overall, the accommodation was worth the money. The location is excellent – close to attractions and only about a 10-minute walk from the main train and bus stations. The entrance to the hotel and the room was also very well secured.

The room was modern and the bed comfortable. The only downsides were the somewhat old and noisy air conditioning (even in “sleep” mode) and the thin walls, which made the street noise audible at night. However, upon arrival you receive earplugs, so this was not a major issue.

Lovely B&B in the centre of Palermo, which is optimal for exploring the city. Check-in was straightforward with the instructions sent to us when we arrived. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and well-equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning and enough storage space for luggage etc. The bathroom was clean and suited all our needs - though it is across the breakfast area (maybe not ideal but we knew that beforehand). Breakfast was good and we received some welcome information about things to see in Palermo from the lovely hosts. All in all a very nice stay!

The location was great, right in the historic center. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was nice and a very good value. The breakfast was simple but good. The room was in an old building and up four flights of stairs. Our hosts were able to take our suitcases up and down the stairs, which was very helpful. The hosts was great, very helpful and accommodating. It was a really good value. The hosts arranged a driver to meet us at the rental car facility where we dropped off our car when we arrived in Palermo and the same driver took us to the airport. He was an associate of the B&B and very helpful, made us feel right at home.

We didn't realize we had to walk up four flights of stairs, but the helpfulness of our hosts made sure it was not a problem.

We stayed at B&B Gallidoro for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and all the restaurants. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. Alessio and Massimo were both present at breakfast each morning, and Alessio provided valuable local advice and tips, which we truly appreciated. At the end of our stay, Massimo went above and beyond by helping with my suitcase.

This B&B is in a great location - on Via Maqueda which is car-free. I enjoyed many a passeggiate along here: great spots for street food, bars, restaurants and just feeling the vibe. The b&b is in a rustic palazzo, full of character but inside the gate of the b&b itself it has all the modern facilities to ensure your comfort. Being a family run b&b, it was warm and friendly and the enjoyment of the lovely breakfast was added to by the convivial nature of the dining room. The location is very central, only 10 minutes' walk from the station but near to all the main monuments, galleries and museums. You can spend days here just wandering around discovering the real Palermo, or in fact the real Italy.

Gorgeous and authentic property in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, minutes from la Chiesa Del Gesù (breathtaking). The owners were nice, understanding and helpful with recommendations for places to visit. The facilities were fine, everything was clean and well decorated. Breakfast was generous and served in the cute dining room. Just a heads-up: depending on the room you book, you may have to walk across the whole corridor to use the bathroom (which is still private and spotless).

Everything! it was one of the best places i have ever stayed before. Massimo and Alessio were great and perfect staff who made our stay really warm comfortable and local. Everything was perfect and felt like it was our own home. Amazing location and super central, beautiful room. Definitely the staff was the best with good recommendations to visit. No doubt about it, if we come back to Palermo this is our trusted place.

Beautiful central location in a very old building - really atmospheric. Loved the air con and the pretty white bedroom, super comfy bed and sheets etc, and an absolutely delicious breakfast. Such a lovely host - so enthusiastic and helpful with ideas of what to do / what not to miss in our one and only day. Lovely to meet someone who is so passionate and proud of his beautiful country and Palermo itself - his love for the city was really infectious. The room was spacious and airy, with a loads of space and a pretty balcony. Central but very quiet. We walked with cases with ease from the train station to the apartment (5 mins easy stroll). Clean private bathroom and great shower. Plenty of bathroom towels too - much appreciated.

Great location. Being on Main Street was actually very quiet at night. Nice room and size. Breakfast area good although says from 7.30 on notice but wasn’t till 8 am which if you want to get going early isn’t the best. Alessio very helpful with suggestions and places to go.

Had to carry heavy bags up 2 flights stairs. Breakfast could be a little earlier. Air con in our room quite noisy.
