Business Hotel in Tuscany. Clean nice rooms, very good bed mattresses, pillow memory foam. Coffeemaker and fridge in room. Workijng AC at 38C! Breakfast was Italian (limited choice) but fresh coffee made by human! Best value in August! you need to understand that this hotel is not romantic or with views! it's in municipaly area with schools, public pools and sport grounds (COOP next door)

Nice, modern and clean hotel, with its own parking.

It is pitty that some things need rennovation, primarily in the bathroom (hair dryer was broken, toilet was a bit loose), in otherwise rather new hotel.

The hotel is is a god position for visiting Peccioli and surround borghi. The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and everything is new and very clean. The room we was comfortable at 18 square meters. The bed was very comfortable.

The only non positive thing i can say is that there are no plugs near the bed for recharging cell phones.

The girl at the reception was just so friendly, amazing and probably the most friendly and professional we met on our all trip that is why we give the place a 10

Good location and spacious room. The check in process was great and the guy that was at reception was very welcoming (sorry I do not remember his name) Breakfast with a good selection to start the day. The girls loved it.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with great selection and the morning staff was absolutely delightful with beautiful smiles and such great service to start the day. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay for visit Tuscany, 40 min road to Pisa, 1:15 hour to Firenze or Sienna. The hotel is very calm and staff very friendly.

We have been here for many years and now now we can say that the hotel was renovated in a beautiful way! We missed the beautiful French lady at reception. We appreciated the room upgrade! Thank you and see you soon!
