Great location on the side of the hill, with a view over the typical Tuscan landscape and Volterra on top of the hill. Great and friendly staff. The property is very well maintained and every appartement (out of 7 appartements) has its own private and quiet terrace. There is a great 16m swimming pool with enough space to relax and do some quiet sunbathing. The property is build in typical Tuscan style and everything looks pretty new or is well maintained and very clean. Our appartement was spacious, consisting of a living room, kitchen, night hall, bathroom with single sink, toilet and bath/shower, 2 bedrooms (1 spacious, 1 smaller) and a small storage room (which I used to store my bike and some groceries). There is plenty of closets and storage inside the appartement and kitchen which is very nice. I have to add that the electrical equipment of the kitchen is everything you need: a big fridge with a big freezer, a combioven, a dishwasher, a water cooker, a toaster, a good gas stove and a big double sink. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (4yo and 1yo).

Nothing much to do about it, but because the property is located against the hill, their are a lot of stairs to do. Our apartment was located on the highest point, the swimming pool is located on the lowest point, so if you’re at the swimming pool with two small children, there’s a lot of stairs to walk in a day 😊 The equipment of the house feels cheap (everything is IKEA) and basic. The equipment of the kitchen was the very minimum in tools, I would recommend to add some plates, forks, knives, wine glasses, pans, pots, bowls, and other kitchen tools so you don’t have to was them during the cooking.

Very clean holiday flat, located a few minutes outside of Volterra. We appreciated the dish-washer, the good price-value, as well as the very friendly owners. The setting, pool and views are also outstanding - I recommend to pay a little more and go for the superior apartment which has particularly stunning views!

Only details: a nice touch would have been to have some basics in the kitchen, such as oils and vinegar, and a little more basics such as TP or hand soap.

Beautiful setting. Rocco was super attentive and friendly - very laid back and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcome. The puppy Leo is gorgeous and very playful. The pool is stunning with amazing views, it never felt busy and at times felt like we were the only ones there. We would 100% stay there again - thank you so much.

Nothing to dislike - only if you are planning on travelling (even to the supermarket) a car is essential.

It was the most beautiful place we stayed the entire trip. The pool was amazing. The owner was so kind and helpful and we loved his dog. Cannot say enough good things about the villa the apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Also the view can't be best.

Rocco was very kind and helpful. Near the house is hiking trail to very beautiful city Volterra. Very nice view to mountains all around.

The apartment wasn't really cozy. More lights are needed. Need more kitchen equipment.

Kindness and availability of our host Nice environment in nature, close to Volterra

Nothing, except the fact that the pool was not clean and ready to use, especially for our 2 children. It was end of April and probably our host considered that most customers do not use the pool at that period. Our expectations were not met only on this topic. The flat was simple, but clean and ok.

The location was great, with wonderful views and minutes from Volterre, a very cool hilltown. There's a grocery store at the top of the hill as well. The units were all good quality and well made with a full range of cooking appliances. Although the furniture was all Ikea, it was new and in good shape. The pool was nice and there was plenty of parking.

It would be nice if the units were air conditioned. We slept fine but it was pretty warm in the bedrooms. Would also be nice to have a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board in each unit and a full.length mirror.

Good location close to Volterra with very nice typical Tuscany views. Clean, well equipped and maintained property, comfortable and quiet. Guests are invited to pick up fruits for themselves from the many trees (figs, apples,pears, plums etc). Beautiful pool kept clean at all times.

No contact with the host, not even for welcome and goodbye. All communication was via WhatsApp, which was efficient but not personal enough. Minimal contact with reception only at check in.

The clean and beautiful pool with a view, location and the whole calmness of the place, newly refurbished apartments. Short 5 min ride with a car to the Volterra by a steep road (walking would be a bit challenge in the heat). Rocco and Alessio were great hosts, very helpful. Overaly, we were very satisified with our stay.

The apartments could use some decorations (paintings/photos, a lamp above the table), the one we had was clean and new (especially kitchen) but kind of empty, just the furniture and nothing else. No AC.
