Great location on the side of the hill, with a view over the typical Tuscan landscape and Volterra on top of the hill. Great and friendly staff. The property is very well maintained and every appartement (out of 7 appartements) has its own private and quiet terrace. There is a great 16m swimming pool with enough space to relax and do some quiet sunbathing. The property is build in typical Tuscan style and everything looks pretty new or is well maintained and very clean. Our appartement was spacious, consisting of a living room, kitchen, night hall, bathroom with single sink, toilet and bath/shower, 2 bedrooms (1 spacious, 1 smaller) and a small storage room (which I used to store my bike and some groceries). There is plenty of closets and storage inside the appartement and kitchen which is very nice. I have to add that the electrical equipment of the kitchen is everything you need: a big fridge with a big freezer, a combioven, a dishwasher, a water cooker, a toaster, a good gas stove and a big double sink. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (4yo and 1yo).

Nothing much to do about it, but because the property is located against the hill, their are a lot of stairs to do. Our apartment was located on the highest point, the swimming pool is located on the lowest point, so if you’re at the swimming pool with two small children, there’s a lot of stairs to walk in a day 😊 The equipment of the house feels cheap (everything is IKEA) and basic. The equipment of the kitchen was the very minimum in tools, I would recommend to add some plates, forks, knives, wine glasses, pans, pots, bowls, and other kitchen tools so you don’t have to was them during the cooking.

Very clean holiday flat, located a few minutes outside of Volterra. We appreciated the dish-washer, the good price-value, as well as the very friendly owners. The setting, pool and views are also outstanding - I recommend to pay a little more and go for the superior apartment which has particularly stunning views!

Only details: a nice touch would have been to have some basics in the kitchen, such as oils and vinegar, and a little more basics such as TP or hand soap.

The dishwasher didn’t work properly. The apartment needs more kitchen ware to work well. He customer should not have to ask every day 1 toilet paper roll or dishwasher tablets. Proper apartment check before the customers arrive. The Wi-Fi was very slow in other rooms than kitchen.

Beautiful setting. Rocco was super attentive and friendly - very laid back and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcome. The puppy Leo is gorgeous and very playful. The pool is stunning with amazing views, it never felt busy and at times felt like we were the only ones there. We would 100% stay there again - thank you so much.

Nothing to dislike - only if you are planning on travelling (even to the supermarket) a car is essential.

It was the most beautiful place we stayed the entire trip. The pool was amazing. The owner was so kind and helpful and we loved his dog. Cannot say enough good things about the villa the apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Also the view can't be best.

Super nice and friendly host. Easy to get hold on and always smiling. Placed right outside the city of Volterra on the hillside with a fantastic view of the beatyful Tuscan.

This has to be the smallest shower I've ever had! very uncomfortable, the whole bathroom was super small for a decent size apartment.

Nothing, except the fact that the pool was not clean and ready to use, especially for our 2 children. It was end of April and probably our host considered that most customers do not use the pool at that period. Our expectations were not met only on this topic. The flat was simple, but clean and ok.
