Excellent location - you could walk to San Gimingnano if you like walking, all on the flat. The pool adjacent excellent with very clean loos.a cafe, changing rooms. Lovely chairs under the trees. The site has a restaurant, fresh bread every morning, The co-op supermarket close by and a bus to take you into Sg every half hour for 2.60 euros return!- amazing. We loved it. Lovely quiet site. We were in a chalet at the bottom of the hill, no through way so very quiet

The site is rather hilly, made driving a bit of a a challenge, but doable.

The camp is located near San Gimignano and is a good starting point for trips to Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, etc. We stayed in a mobile home which could have been a bit cleaner, but it was satisfactory. There is a restaurant and a small market, which we didn't have a chance to use. The swimming pool is outside the campsite but included in the accommodation price. Overall, a good offer for the price.

Generous private cabin accomodation for pilgrims on the via Francigena. Just beyond the tourist hustle and inflated prices of San Gimignano but with easy access by bus. Reasonable restaurant on site. Peaceful. Very clean, AC.

Ants on the outdoor furniture! 😂. Website talks of pilgrim accommodation with reduced prices but there seems to be no way of booking this on line - I ended up in the 'pilgrim village' (book a 'green room') by accident but think I paid full price

It’s very close to San Gimignano, it’s all green and there is a bus that you can take from in front of the camping till the walls of San Gimignano

Our mobile home was full of ants, with all the efforts of spraying anti ant spray everywhere, the upper edge of the shower was full of dust and dead insect, we found some dead insects and some dirt on our white sheets, the second night there, probably have fallen from the selling. Our mobile home had 3 single beds that they transformed in a matrimonial and a single, to bag they didn’t consider this when they projected the room, because when they united the 2 beds one of the Metal reading lamps remains in the middle of the matrimonial bed, and it sticks out quite a bit, about 10-15 cm, it’s kind of uncomfortable to sleep as you risc to het your head badly.

Very nice location, excellent staff, good equipment in the small bungalow , and on working distance to the San Gimignano....

The plastic bungalow was unresisted for condensation and, most of the time we must stay with open windows, and low budget bungalows, like ours, don't have a covered terrace ..

We really liked that we could walk into San Gimignano, it's about half an hour. Our mobile home was on the lower level of the camping, in a kind of a valley. It's in a beautiful forest, but you have no views. You can reach the reception on a steep road or also on stairs. The mobile homes are standing densely, but there were very few guests in the beginning of June so it didn't make problem for us. The mobile home was ok, very clean, well equipped, but not a new one. The staff is very helpful and kind. The swimming pool is not on the camping territory but very close.

Lots of trees in the area. The bungalow area is very good. Not far from the reception and flat area. We need to leave our car outside but in a secure gated area.

Just a little reminder, there’s steep descent (20%) for those who book the mobile homes and some tent pitches. The wifi not really stable in the bungalow area.

Great location with bus stop just outside to visit San Gimignano, but also only 20/30 mins to walk into the city. Modern cabin with kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows, and free access to public pool in walking distance. Cheap cappuccino and cornetto available at the restaurant for breakfast. Air conditioning was amazing!

Wifi was a bit patchy and mostly only worked in one corner of the room.

The cabin was simple and modern. It smelled very clean, and the whole ambience of the campsite was quite magical, with festoon lights and a great bar/ restaurant to hang out. We could have easily stayed longer if we weren’t on a bike tour to other areas of Tuscany.

I dropped something on the bathroom floor. It was only on wiping it up that I realised that the floor was quite dirty. A bit of extra attention to mopping would be helpful but it didn’t detract from the stay as the campsite was very clean and well managed. The ride into San Gimignano was a little further than we expected and very dark on the way back at night with only bike lights.

A modern unit with kitchenette and fridge. The proximity to San Gimignano via the frequent bus is a big bonus.
