The accommodation is located in a very fine and historic location in old town, Serre Rapolano. The architecture of the property was very impressive. The room was extremely well laid out, very comfortable, and very clean. The view into the courtyard was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. I was concerned about the town and that there was a very limited number of restaurants, but as it turned out two of them were excellent the town is remarkable and well worth a visit like many of these old towns it is something of a maze and quite engaging. in fact, the hotel was a little bit hard to find, but accommodation personnel guided me right into the site.

A little bit hard to find, but that was actually kind of fun. Be ready for a couple of flights of stairs, although they really didn’t bother me.

We went to Italy to do some wedding photoshooting in the area of Tuscany, and the location was grear. Of course, you need a car, there's no close public transport. We liked the apartment and the surrounding, we decided to take some shoots in this area and inside the building. Very beautiful landscape and architecture. We had a very tasty breakfast with croissants, italian bread, sweets and fruits. Staff was very very kind.

My pregnant fiancee had difficulties to climb the stairs as there was no lift on the building. But this is not a big problem, as we just had to walk slowly up.

beautiful location, with views worthy of a postcard, well equipped recently furbished property, good sized bathroom with good shower and toiletries, lovely breakfast, free parking nearby good wifi signal.

no fridge in room so had to use main property fridge for a bottle, location in village is quaint but no big choice of restaurants... only 2. wouldn't be suitable for disabled or infirm

Super friendly adorable lady looking after house. Cheerful, happy. The setting, the village, the area breathtakingly beautiful. My room perfect 100% up to date everything works! The breakfast room and sitting room lovely as well. I had a brilliant meal hosted by the lady chef, inexpensive and delicious. Quite a find! I will come back if I can.

I booked late in afternoon and it hard to find the house. Luckily a friendly person living locally escorted me to the door. I had to wait a while to be shown my room so best to book a little more in advance so probably not my fault but more detailed instructions and a map of village would have helped

Rooms are clean and very well designed. Breakfast is simple but everyone will find something for him. The staff was helpful and nice.

The property does not have a place for smokers and they are smoking on the stairs steps to the entrance. Take in account that a public parking space is outside the old city entrance. It is rather a challenge to find a property even with navigation tools.

The B&B is beautiful, the staff is terrific, the room was very modern in the ancient building, was completely equipped, and cleaned daily. The Italian breakfast and coffee were excellent. Serre di Rapolano is a magically beautiful and quaint village. I would certainly recommend Antico Granaione.

A very atmospheric, interesting place. It was warm and clean. Very nice staff. They called me before my arrival. Helped me park the car. They came to help even outside of working hours. It's nice to receive such service.

I would like a larger selection of non-sweet foods for breakfast.

The property was within a renovated granary to a very high standard. Everything about this place was beautiful. The host was so warm and friendly and despite us not speaking the same language we were still able to communicate.

There isn’t much not to like, there aren’t many options of places to eat without having a car.

Awesome breakfast, staff was super friendly! The village is quite, so this is a good getaway! Only thing is that the ac stopped around 4am, but was ok to sleep without it
