1. Internet is very inadequate for an otherwise very nice property like this. It hardly ever worked, even after we reported problems. The fact we were Platinum Elite Marriott Members did not help at all. 2. The reception desk failed to pick up calls from the outside several times.

I would like to sincerely thank you for everything during my stay at this wonderful hotel. Crowne Plaza in Rome is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Italy. The location is perfect—close to everything—yet quiet and relaxing. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and what made my stay even more memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The location is great, with easy access to Rome city centre, airports, and the port via the hotel’s shuttle service or reasonably priced taxis. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and bar area were very nice — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, so we tried it on the first morning. While there was a good selection, I personally didn’t feel it offered the best value for money. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with excellent service and facilities.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy my stay. There’s nothing I didn’t like — consistently a great experience.

It is lovely and clean. Has outdoor pool which is lovely with towels and an indoor pool for over 16s with spa area steam room sauna jacuzzi and places to relax with soothing music. Breakfast is really good too . Had all we needed to relax after a hard day sight seeing

It’s a good bit out of the city . We used uber to get about. Cheaper than bus for a family of 4. Restaurant food was good but noisy where we were put sitting. Keep families together which is a good idea but our kids are 16 and 17 . Maybe re think putting families with teenagers with small kids if there is lots of space in other areas

We enjoy the spa facilities and the indoor swimming pool - obviously in the summer the large outdoor pool is also available and a childrens' pool too. Gardens are lovely. The breakfasts are excellent and the general air of the hotel is very relaxing. We also made use of the tennis courts. Our room was comfortable and we like to return to the Crowne Plaza St Peter's because we know the routines with shuttles into the city and just generally it's a great place to stay. Dining is also lovely - a great menu; a lovely bar. Staff always kind and helpful. Summer and winter we enjoy this hotel.

Only that there are mosquitoes around and that alas, is something everyone has to live with in Rome, but the hotel does all it can to help with this when we've been there in summer.

Very open, versatile and internationally oriented hotel. Everything you need is there, free parking, large pool, great spa, bar, restaurant, work places etc. It feels like a smal resort.

Excellent hotel with an excellent shuttle service to and from the centre of Rome Breakfast was very good well worth the money and the selections, both continental and standard was extensive This hotel has good facilities and is well placed The pool is also good with a plentiful supply of sun-beds.There is also an indoor pool I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome that wants a hotel with a pool and with easy access to the centre of Rome and its sites

There was nothing to dislike

2 options for breakfast, Continental style (12€) or American style (€15 if booked ahead at Hotel or €20 if done daily) . Continental was very good. Pool and Spa were main reasons for the booking, as we needed some time to chill following all the sightseeing, and they didn't disappoint. Room was good size with A/C, cleaned daily. Bathroom was modern with Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel supplied.

Hotel is too far to walk to the main attractions. However, Metro is 20 minute walk from hotel or Taxi service is available through itTaxi App with taxis costing between 20€-30€ per trip. Bus service is available outside Hotel, but we didn't use. This or Metro would probably be cheapest option.

We stayed in the newly renovated rooms, which were lovely! We stayed there in 2022, and after three years, there has been an amazing improvement. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well!

I will say that the price of the continental breakfast was the most unsatisfactory part. Especially since you are paying around €20 to get items that should be included in a standard breakfast, like eggs. Another issue is the distance, it would be useful for guests to know how the bus system works to get around for cheaper.
