Staff were very helpful. Room cleaned every day. Location next door to Euroma 2 mall was great, and an easy bus ride into Rome from bus station just outside the hotel. Free breakfast was delicious, but recommended to get there before 9am.

Very loud music being played on the last two days we stayed there.

Included breakfast was nice. Balcony was enjoyable, and proximity to a large mall was really usefull. Bed was really comfortable, and service to the room very qualitative.

Really far from Downtown Roma and interest point, but buses and metro do the job. Swimming Pool was really small.

The breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. And in general the staff was very nice to us, specially at breakfast.

We chose this hotel because of the swimming pool and it was closed the day we arrived. The following day they opened it, but kept closing it at earlier times. My coworkers and I wanted to go after our conference, but we tried many days and it was always closed. Moreover, the public transport was not very reliable, so it always took us longer to reach our conference venue and ended up taking a bunch of taxis. This is of course not the hotel’s fault, but it’s important to keep in mind.

It's a great location for people who are in Rome for conferences and courses at La nuvola. Good access to public transportation and not too far from the airport. A part of the staff was well informed about restaurants and facilities in the area which is definitely what you expect at a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff from the restaurant is friendly.

A part of the staff is very undertrained and some don't speak enough English to be at the front desk. I was a little sad the swimming pool was closed at 7 pm because I had a conference to attend most days so I hardly got to enjoy it even when it was sunny and warm in the evening. Maybe the rule should apply only for children if the reason is safety and having a life guard at the pool.

During breakfast service, two individuals were always ready to assist, just a small gesture, and everything you needed was promptly available. I would like to sincerely thank Ivhan and Anyhony for their exemplary behavior and the respect they showed to the guests. The barista was also exceptionally professional and skilled at their work.

Setting heating/air conditioning system in April is always hard (due to engineering configurations) Some people feel hot, while others feel cold and places with centralized air conditioning control systems always have this issue.

Hotel Cristoforo Colombo is my favorite place to stay in Rome, where I take my family every year. I truly appreciate their attention to cleanliness, the delicious homemade items at breakfast, their patience and care in serving each guest their excellent coffee — a rare find these days. The pool is also a big plus, and they keep it just as clean and inviting as the rest of the hotel. Most of all, I am grateful to the wonderful staff who welcome me and my family so warmly every year.

We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel! From airport it is the best to take a taxi (15-25 min.) We travel by bus (5 min walk to other side of the mainroad) to the metro-station EUR FERMI and could go to all the nice sightseeing of Rome! Buy the special travelcard for metro/bus at the busstation (2 days for 12,50 euro) The breakfast was excellent and a lot of choices and perfect coffee. The room was very clean, beds are perfect and also a small fridge. Price/quality was really good, we will come back!

We missed some closehangers. The dinner in the restaurant in this hotel was not 4 stars... the staff did really their best, but need other chef in the kitchen and better quality food. Also we didn't know about the big shopping center next to this hotel... this communication could be a bit better. But this is really no problem, we will come back, thanks for hospitality!

Lots of space and clean beautiful

I love everything

- All staff members were friendly, which is what I liked most. - The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a spacious bathroom.

- The swimming pool was closed, which was quite disappointing. Even if it had been open, it would still have been small. - The lack of a smart TV was a great disappointment. - One downside of the breakfast was the lack of fresh juice.

Great location of the hotel, near the bus stop, easy to get to the center, airport and even the sea!)) Nice laconic interior, cozy area near the hotel. Nice buffet, where you can have a delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Every day the room was cleaned. Excellent combination of price and quality. My daughter and I thank the staff of the Colombo Hotel. We hope to return))
