Overall, the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well. Breakfast was good. Quite and beautiful place in the nature.

Only three things I can criticize which were very small shower and the second bed (for my daughter) was uncomfortable because it was a sofa bed. The location of the hotel was far from the city centre and the access of the train station was not good. For this reason, I rented a car for easy transportation after the first train trip.

It was convenient. There was a swimming pool and staff were helpful and pleasant.

The location is quite secluded, taxi service was very expensive. Ordered food instead of popping to supermarket or restaurant as yet again was very difficult to navigate. The hotel has restaurant but kids were hungry way before that, so had to find alternatives.

Good value for money. We got complementary use of garage which was very nice. The staff was polite and efficient.

The location a bit remote from the city center, but convenient if you come with your car. The room itself could use a bit love and maintenance, plastic shower curtains are not a hotel standard for a long time.

Exceptional staff, they couldn't do enough for us & very friendly. They made our stay so special. The hotel has fantastic amenities (pool, bar, Restaurant etc..) The evening meals were outstanding with a a good selection on the menu & the Carbonara was heavenly!..the best we've ever had along with decadent creamy Tiramisu with a glass of Pinot grigio. The food is excellent quality & beautifully presented. The buffet breakfast has a vast selection of freshly made pastries, meats, cheese, biscuits, fruits, nuts & a good selection of drinks etc... Reasonably priced at 15€. The pool is nice with a shaded area for escaping the heat with an ice cold Peroni or Aperol Spritz. The Rooms were spacious & very clean with comfy beds, free WiFi & air conditioning. Thank you to all the incredible staff at Hotel Novotel Roma Est for a very memorable stay..we didn't want to leave xx

Its out of the city Very far from the tourist points Cabs are very expensive and train is there but first you have to take train then take metro and its a long journey People with kids and who are using train and metro this hotel location wise is very far! I wont recommend

The hotel is really nice and the stuff is great. The location is very bad. The pool is cool for the kids and the food is good.

The location is bad. Hard to get to Rome. Long distance even with the train. The train works until 22:00. No train on Sunday.

The location, there's no transportation and the access to the place was very bad, the environment was not great.

In my case the breakfast was not included, I paid 15 euros extra for the breakfast but was ok, good variety of food to choose. The room is confortable, quiet, nice and very clean. The location is quiet and nice to rest after and exiting day. About 25 minutes by car from the town of the city and about 20 - 30 minutes to the Fiumicino airport.

The restaurant was very busy at night

Everything was excellent! The beds were comfortable and super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of food fit for everyone. Wi-fi was also very good.

Since we were with a car we were close to all the main attractions. And 10 min from a major shopping center and also a indoor parking at hotel

That it was in a shady area
