We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially Zahid in the bar area who was very good at his job and passionate about providing good service. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was not central, but it was very easy to get to our chosen destination using public transport with a bus stop directly outside the hotel for a short cheap (€1.50) trip into the centre. Reception were more than happy to assist us in our exploration of their beautiful city.

We chose to have breakfast at the hotel, and the dining area was very clean. There could have been a little more variety, i.e., sausage instead of hot dogs and maybe beans or tomatoes. We would have liked a larger cup for tea/coffee. What was available was always fresh and plenty of it.

Our bedroom was very large, and spacious with high ceilings and large windows that looked out towards the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor seating area by and around the pool was nice and clean and you could get bar service from there. The pool was adequate - it is not an inground pool but a good size. I also liked the decor of the lounge and foyer area - quite contemporary, smart with clean lines. The building is an old monastery so I was expecting a more traditional decor so a nice surprise.

The only food served is breakfast and bar snacks. There is no actual restaurant for dinner or lunch but there are excellent local options near by.

A modern, comfortable, spatious, clean hotel. Room size much bigger than we expected, it was fully equipped with anything we might need, including toothbrushes and toothpaste! Staff are lovely and would do anything to accommodate our requests. Breakfast abundant and tasty, wide range of freshly baked pastries and bread. The bar stops serving food at 9pm, so they ordered a delivery from a nearby pizzeria for us (and their pizza was amazing and cheap). We slept very well and could hardly hear any noise coming from the lobby, adjacent rooms or outside street. Very well connected to the Vatican and Rome centre via public transport.

Just be careful if walking from the bus stop or the metro as there is limited pavement space. Shower not straightforward to operate. But these are very minor details. Nothing we didn't like.

Hotel was very comfortable with a great breakfast. Very friendly staff and a nice open bar in the lobby off the large patio. They have a small but well-used pool. One of the elevators was out-of-service but that was okay. Large stairwells.

The hotel was a bit isolated from nearby restaurants, attractions, bars etc. And it was very hot so I didn't feel like walking very far. But it is in a very historic area surrounded by religious facilities and it used to be a monastery so that makes sense.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel itself is very well kept.

Location is a little awkward if you aren’t familiar with the area although I would say the staff did try to support us where necessary. Booked breakfast on arrival for the 3 mornings, but missed one of the mornings so probably should have just paid as we ate, although when we arrived for breakfast there was nobody to check on who was eating so you could have literally just turned up without paying nothing. I seen the list with our name and room number, which was visible on arrival into the dining area, but never once asked before seating ourselves.

For me a single person the bedroom , bed plus shower room was perfect . I liked the out side back garden for relaxing at night .The reception room and bar was also good although I would have liked the bar to have stayed open later for a night cap when getting back in the evenings after a late return from a trip out

A laundry room would have been good to wash a few clothes out . A slightly later breakfast time would have been better after a tiring day out

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the bartender at the hotel. Not only did he serve us at the bar, but he also provided excellent service on the poolside terrace. His professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional attention to detail left a lasting and positive impression on our vacation. Every interaction was pleasant, and his dedication added so much to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We are incredibly grateful for his efforts, which made our time at the hotel truly memorable.

The room was very spacious and clean. Having a mini fridge was also very nice. Buses very close by, subway a bit far but still manageable to walk. Great to have a swimming pool to cool down after long visits!

The breakfast was overall good but certain products were a bit poor in quality and taste . For example: the juices were not freshly pressed or fresh juices and tasted poorly, certain meat was also the same. The coffee machine was acting out several times during our stay so it was difficult to get a good coffee.

Breakfast was really good, but I would suggest for you to change the menu so it is not the same every day. That was the only reason why we did not purchase the breakfast for the entire stay. The personnel was excellent. This is the treasure of this place. We enjoyed that the location was not in the center and near a main street that had different cafe`s, but it would be better if the location would be about 2 km closer to the city center. It was nice that metro was a 15min walking distance :) and bus was driving right next to the hotel.

Warning! Despite the long text in this block, the stay was wonderful and I suggest this place. There were some areas that needed improvements, for example, the shower had issues with water not flowing away. Or we requested a single 2-person bed, but instead were given two single beds that had been moved together. One light bulb had expired. The walls were so thin we could hear everything that happened in the flat next to us. Overall the issues I can think of were really just minor ones, but it would be nice for a 4 star hotel to resolve such.

Staff were fantastic from the manager to the room care staff. Breakfast was amazing with displayed well. The hotel bar is convenient, well-staffed, and with a large selection of spirits. The hotel grounds are pleasant as well. The hotel was well worth the money we paid!

The overall experience was very pleasant. You get an occasional siren in the late afternoon/evening, but you are in a large city. We had no problem sleeping and noise was minimal.
