Room design of wooden details, balcony, cleanliness, staff kindness and availability, breakfast, reasonably priced

As the apartment is close to the main road, road traffic is annoying in early mornings if you have windows opened as for the ventilation. Hot water in shower is not consistently available, so you have to sometimes wait for it few minutes to warm up, seems there is a slight problem with heating system, but not much of an issue however.

Big room with big bathroom, cleaned every day, nice views around. We received a free pass for all the busses, for one week.

Although I chose a room with double king sized bed, there were 2 single beds next to each other which was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was various but same items every single morning. The road to the main attractions was closed, reason why we had to drive a lot every day for the places we wanted to reach.

A very cozy little hotel, very close to gondola. The room was spacious, we had a balcony with beutiful views to the town and the mountains. Staff was excelent, really friendly. The hotel is easy to reach and has plenty of parking. There is a very convenient ski storage and boot driers on the ground floor, so you don't have to take anything upstairs. Breakfast wast nice, not too much variety, but enough for a week.

The sound isolation between rooms is not great because we could loudly hear toilet flushing from the neighbors. The wifi was a bit slow.

A perfect stay for our trip to Dolomites! I can’t fault anything, the room was very comfortable and clean with daily room cleaning provided. The breakfast was amazing with a surprisingly good selection of foods. The views from the room and balcony are incredible! Lastly but most importantly, the host was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! I had some car troubles during my stay and she was incredibly helpful with getting this sorted. Thanks for our lovely stay ☺️

- A really nice hotel tucked in the mountains. It's very peaceful and spacious around the hotel as the hotel is at some distance from the nearest small town La Villa Stern. - The room was big and spacious with a big balcony with mountain view. In the morning it was an absolute majestic view to wake up to view mountains covered in moving clouds. - There is a small creek behind the hotel which is very nice to walk next too and at night it is dark enough to see the stars if there are no clouds. It is perfect place to stay with family or with a group of friends. - The staff is super friendly and nice people. They are very helpful and say yes to pretty much every request. It was a pleasure to meet them.

The dining area needs some fresh air, it was a bit smelly, not sure if it's because of the old furniture and/or the lack of air circulation (windows were always closed). Please, consider adding a little kettle to the rooms, or make it available upon request.

Top location in the heart of Dolomites, middle point for discovering the area. Good breakfast, facilities, quiet place

Spacious and warm room cleaned on daily basis, large parking lot, dryer for snowboard boots and place for boards. Gondola right across the street. Breakfast very good but a bit boring, some more veggies would be great. We had a great time.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I arrived after 9 pm, because I got lost a little bit and the staff was really helpful and friendly 😊 The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom was completely new. The view from the room, which has a balcony, is phenomenal. The breakfast was simple but always fresh and delicious 😋
