Everything about our stay here was incredible. The room was so spacious, luxurious, comfortable and with every amenity we could ask for. We had a corner suite and the view out to the mountains and hillsides was so beautiful, you feel immersed in nature. We took full advantage of the hotel amenities and loved everything so it was great value for money. The breakfast is diverse with daily specials and a wide range of foods of excellent quality. Our favourite way to rest and recover from a long day of hiking was to enjoy the offerings at the spa with the saunas, ice bath and day beds. A truly calming and rejuvenating experience. The hotel is conveniently centrally located to many popular hikes and sites within the region, approximately a 1.5hr drive in either direction. The town it’s in also has a supermarket, restaurants and outdoor gear shops within a 5 min walking distance. The receptionist who assisted us, Nadia, was so helpful with giving us local recommendations for hikes and activities which we ended up enjoying even more than the well known touristy spots! Five nights was simply not enough, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning hotel with exceptional service, it was truly faultless! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived and felt looked after throughout our entire stay. From the welcome drinks to the incredible breakfast spread, every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. We were even surprised with a special touch in celebration of our honeymoon, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Lagacio is a beautiful, high end lodging in the heart of the Dolomites. Staff was exceptional and helped us take advantage of lift and transportation deals in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, with Erika talking with us each morning about the best hikes, lift rides and access to hiking, and what the most scenic drives, hikes, etc were. This extra "local" info really helped make this one of our best stays ever in Europe. San Cassiano is the BEST place to stay to explore the Dolomites - short drives to Corvara, Val Gardena, and Cortina de Ampezzo. Strongly recommend you stay here when in the Dolomites.

Can't think of anything they could have done better, this stay exceeded our expectations at every level.

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. The view from our room across to the mountains was absolutely beautiful. It's just a shame you've got to overlook a car park. The shower was hot & powerful. The staff here were super attentive & friendly. They also spoke good English. We have never stayed in a hotel with the choice of breakfast as good as here. There is so much choice - we wanted to try everything, but it just wasn't possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Signs in the room about towels being replaced that weren't followed. We chose not to put ours in the wash basket for washing, yet they still replaced them. It's not good for the environment or necessary to change towels daily.

There is nothing we didn't like about this place. It was absolutely perfect. I've stayed in many places and different types of accommodations all over the world and this is easily one of the top spots. Just incredible to see such thought, love, and care put into a place. Would stay here again without second thought!

This is VERY minor, but some sugar and maybe even olive oil in the kitchen would have been a nice touch (they had salt and pepper).

Everything was so perfect, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in and i stayed in alot of hotels, the breakfast was exquisite we had two rounds of breakfast everyday and the granola bars were so so good. Also the attention to details in the suite was out of this world i love how they paid attention to the little things, honestly i don’t know how this place is rated as 4 stars i would give it 10 stars in a heart beat.

Everything. Spacious apartment, well facilitated and maintained, almost Japanese level of equipment. Spa was fantastic, gym was great too. Underground parking is a benefit, and breakfast was super! Staff has been kind and supportive

No A/C in the gym. Everything else was perfect

One of my best experiences in a hotel, the staff was wonderful, the cleanest, the excellent food, placed in the main street of the nice town. If you visit dolomites and you want to be in this area, this is the right hotel for stay.

Nothing to say, over my expectation. If I come back to Dolomites I will stay in this hotel, 100 % SURE !!!!!

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered without exception, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Location is also 1hr from all the good hikes. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
