Problem with the water, no kitchen to prepare food. No coffee, and tea. No kitchen related facilities.

Lock box was easy to find. Lots of bedding and towels. Good hot water. Location was on our route by town. Good enough price for good enough room.

Directions to the entrance were lacking and it was hard to find at night (around a gated fence and behind the building). Odd smell maybe from the cleaning chemicals? Shampoo and soap had no label and were for many people. Better to have individual packages clearly marked. Pictures didn't match reality. Neighbour came home drunk whistling and singing for a long time until he puked aggressively. Running the AC sort of helped drown out the sound. We just needed beds for the night so it was fine.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone. I barely slept because a dog was barking non-stop through the night. It appears that this is an industrial area where companies place guard dogs outside, but the hotel’s poor window insulation made it feel as if the barking was happening inside the room. I even recorded videos to document the issue and sent them to the management via WhatsApp, but they completely ignored my message, which felt both dismissive and disrespectful. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. There was no connection in my room, and I had to go down to a nearby café just to send a single email. Even there, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. To add to the frustration, the TV channels barely worked, making it impossible to relax. This was genuinely the worst night I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I paid for it. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I needed to warn others about what they might encounter here. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I booked and paid, when i get the hotel, no people there, no one pick up the phone! i stay out said the door for more than 1hour in very cold weather, finally i have to leave becuse i find i cannot check in! I lost all my money! till now i even cannot find any body reply as i send many message to booking!treators!
