I had a great stay at bee B&B. ! Great location, just off the highway, yet totally peaceful —close to Frascati, great restaurants in Monte Porcione and with beautiful views. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. . The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and well-maintained. My only minor critique would be that the mattress was a little too firm for my preference, but this is subjective and didn’t take away much from the overall comfort.

The place is stunning. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view on the Rome and surrounding nature. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. We are amazed by the hosts’ hospitality and helpfulness when our car broke down. The home-made pastries and honey which we had for the breakfast were wonderful! Our only regret is that we stayed only for two nights there.

Wonderful family owned B&B. We enjoyed a lot staying here. Very spacious room. Very clean. Views from the windows are just magnificent. Very well recommended.

There are no air conditioner, so during the hot summer timing can be to hot to sleep.

We had an incredible stay! The property is located in a beautiful place. The owners are amazing; we enjoyed our conversations with them and their warm hospitality. The property and outdoor area are fantastic, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The B&B was super nice, very clean and we'll kept in all details from the rooms to the property in general. The hosts were very forthcoming and attentive. I would go back any time. Super home-made honey.

The breakfast could have been more homemade (although the ciambellone was very nice) rather than serving packaged croissants. In any case this was not enough if a fault to decrease the overall rating.

Very nice place to stay in Frascati. Just a few minutes away from city center. I will definitely go back next time.

Everything from the spotless clean rooms, to the nice breakfast to the super nice hosts. The location, near Frascati and the small cute village of Monte Porzio Catone is good and the place very peaceful and quite Good access to the highways to Rome

The facility is spar less. The air and the garden was clean and fresh.

There was no cheese, egg, or any kind of meet for breakfast.

Very nice rooms, very nice staff! The owner was really great, because our flight arrive very late. Usually they have checkin until 10pm, but the woman wait extra until 11pm, which we really appreciate! Breakfast simple, but very good. In this B&B you feel like at home!
