We had a wonderful time at this charming little hotel. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet—surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the personal touches. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with tips and local recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Very honest person, refunded us what booking surcharged us ! Would definitely stay here again!

Narrow parking. Requires excellent driving skills. Far from stores and restaurants (must have a car or use taxi - cannot walk), next door is horse farm :( Even though free, the breakfast was insultingly lousy.

Fantastic B&B with ever so helpful and cheery host. Host gave us lovely tips about restaurants and cycling possibilities. There was a storage for bikes too. Rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast is good and served in a beautiful garden room or terrace, that invites you to lovely discussions with the host.

Very good option to stay close to the city center (5 min. by car) but away from the tourism. The owner is pretty welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. Follow the recommendations before arrival, they’re pretty accurate.

Beautiful room with a view of the sea. We received clear instructions from Lorenzo about how to get to the property and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He offered coffee on our arrival and helped take our luggage to our room. The room was spotlessly clean and very up to date. The bed was comfy. The garden was lovely and the house located in a nice area.

Wonderful and cosy place, with a beautiful garden, view on the sea and fantastic breakfast. Perfect place for cyclists. Lorenzo was very helpful with everything, he made us feel very comfortable and helped us with some tips about the city. Would definitely go back there for our next visit of Sanremo.

the property was lovely and we were greeted with a lovely coffee on arrival while the owner walked us through the property and recommendations of places to eat . the town in further down the hill so you do need a car unless you happy to walk up hill for a fair distance. breakfast was lovey and plentiful and the owner is so a nice person. we would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was personally prepared by the friendly host. Host very kindly came to the roadside to help us as we could not locate the entrance to his B&B. Secured parking was excellent but the driveway was slightly steep and narrow. Toilet was a very high standard and it was very clean (however with a strange sewage smell from the Shower place). Balcony view of the sea was good. Everything went smoothly and well (except for GPS-guided road which was very hazardous but host did warn us.)

Locating the entrance tp exact address was a nightmare (although text instructions were sent by message) and I still went up the "Hazardous narrow mountain path" which could have seriously damaged my sports-car. A suggestion would be to send a MAP picture and a GPS-Coordinates to the beginning of Via Padre Semeria and then head uphilll properly on good road. (Text is no good when we are driving from one hotel to another B&B).

Off beaten path away from busy downtown but close enough to main highway out of city. We only stayed overnight so it was convenient for us. Secure onsite parking was a plus. Friendly host Lorenzo gave us great restaurant recommendation.
