Charming hotel with a classic italian style and atmosphere. The location is just perfect by the beach and with a direct access to the famous cycling and walking path. Tennis and padel courts are just around the corner too. I would choose this hotel again. The garden is a very pleasant bonus and the staff is professional. The breakfast was perfect and the setting was most beautiful.

A kettle in the room would be nice to have...

I really recommend this hotel! It looks much better than in the pictures. I had a room with 3 windows, and from my bed I could see the sea! Amazing! Location: 15 min walk to city center, 1 min walk to the beach. Room has air conditioning, TV, safe box, comfotable bed, amenities. Breakfast is simple and ok. The hotel has a gated parking which is free. Dog friendly (I paid 20 euro/dog/stay). The staff was super nice, especially Stefano from reception (he was very nice and helpful). Small garden in front of the hotel. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The coffee at breakfast, it would be nice to serve a better quality coffee. I don't recommend the beach hotel. The owner kept trying to fool me, asking me for more money than it cost. They serve cheap food and drinks.

I liked the room with a view of the sea, the quiet surroundings and the retro aspect of the rooms. Closeness to the beach was a plus allowing for nice long walks. There is a little garden space downstairs to sit. Impeccable bathroom.

Two things bothered me: *I used the woollen blanket because the coverlet was not enough and I was a bit cold -there were several hairs on this blanket so not very hygienic. A thin duvet + cover seems preferable to coverlets or blankets which are re-used and not cleaned between guests *The breakfast waiter was impatient and constantly pressing people to leave starting 9.30 by giving us looks and being very busy and bustly around us.

I was a little thrown off when I first arrived to my room, seeing as though I believe this was a former convent, but the place grew on me quickly! It is in a great location, close enough to walk to all you need, but far enough away to enjoy the serenity, peace, and quiet I was hoping for. If you’re traveling with a pet, there’s a garden area right outside the front door that is lovely. Pets aren’t allowed in the dining area, but the staff set us pet owners up in a comfy side room so that our dogs could still join us. And the breakfast - it was fabulous! One of my favorite parts about my stay here was waking up to the delicious smell of breakfast. Actually, my number one favorite thing about this hotel was the shower! I’m not joking when I say they had the very best water pressure I have ever experienced. I would return just for the shower! 😁

The hotel is exactly as shown. I especially enjoyed the short walk to the coast and 'pista ciclabile' (cycling path) along the former train route and would have also enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden had the weather not been so inclement during my entire stay.

I liked location because the beach is just in front of hotel and it is only about 1 km from center of city. Other pluses: Free parking inside the hotel, breakfast was OK, dinner was good but a little pricey, room and bathroom sizes were quite good, very clean, super nice staff,

Sound isolation is terrible: I could hear the people in the room next to me as if they were talking in my room. Free WiFi it's not very stable and it's slow when there're many guests in the hotel.

Staff was great ,helpful and tried to meet all my needs. Rich Breakfast - lovely local focaccia , nice cakes and scrumbled eggs- location cozy close to the beach and not far from the old town,very easy to reach and there’s free parking which is ( TRUST ME) just treasure gold in Sanremo . The Lady at the reception was just awesome to me!

this is old style hotel, no fancy stuff. however, the room, despite being very simply furnished/decorated, was comfortable, they have small quiet garden, and of course we enjoyed walking distance to the beach. we found that the value for money is great and prolonged our stay for couple of days

breakfast options were quite limited, in general the restaurant was a bit odd so we chose to eat outside.

I didn't like the three different payments, which Booking made from my account, I asked the customer service, but still no clarification.

Extremely kind personal (reception and cleaning ladies), specially if you are coming with dog. Great and peaceful location. Very close (50m) to the beach, 15 min by foot to the city center. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Parking is small but but assured and safe.
