I liked the people. They are very polite. I will come back in the future.

I don't have much to say. Only there wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom.

The room was clean and well fitted for a solo traveler. There was a desk and a feidbge. The bed was comfortable, and on my special request for an extra pillow, I got an actual orthopedic extra pillow, which was perfect !!!

Lacking light. It's difficult to do makeup due to low illumination. And check out at 10 is not the right approach for a resort town.

staff where super friendly and helpful. showed us around explained everything when checking in. room was equipped with a fridge a d coffee maker with pods and water bottles in the fridge that where included.

bathroom was tight space. No parking at the hotel battled to get parking anywhere near the hotel. Quite a bit of noice from 8am for breakfast as all rooms are on the same floor as to where breakfast was being surveyed

Staff is very nice and very good location, beach and centre very close.

I was taking a shower at 11pm and wasn’t any hot water. You can’t check in after 8pm, no staff. About checking out I got a message in the morning around 9am that I have to leave 10 am . Staff didn’t tell me the day before.

Very quiet and peaceful hotel. The room is comfortable; always clean cleaning; friendly staff. Very good location of the hotel - close to the sea, grocery stores and a bus stop nearby!

Super friendly and helpful staff on front desk and cleaning staff, very accommodating. There were a few issues with the room that were fixed immediately, can't fault them at all. Really clean and new AC in the room. Comfy bed (but squeaky) CoOp right across the street and 15 mins walk to centre of Sanremo, free beach close by too.

The mini fridge was barely cold and leaked water. The bathroom window was unable to close meaning bugs came in. The walls are soooo thin you get woken by every noise - could even hear a man blowing his nose a lot. The pillows were so thin I folded up the duvet to use as a pillow too.

Staff is wonderful, they are really helpful and considerate. Room was super clean and quiet, especially considering that the hotel is by the main street in a busy area (which is a bonus for this one, since all the essentials are there and the city center is close by).
