Excellent position. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Shower controls and tap for the sink are corroded. No plug in the sink. Sofa bed needs replacing and rug in the living area needed cleaning or replacing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Suite. Siracusa was one of our highlights on Sicily and the location on central Ortigia was amazing. The check-in worked well (it is not the easiest as you have to get the keys at a hotel nearby). The room was clean and featured everything we needed, including an coffee machine. A recommendable accomodation for the price.

The furnishing -- e.g. couch in the living room, shower fittings in the bathroom etc. -- looked a little worn out. Everything was clean and functional, but things have seen better days. There is no nice view from the windows, as you are surrounded by other houses and backyards.

perfect hideaway in the buzzing centre of Ortigia. Very comfortable beds and bed linen. The staff is super nice and responsible. Organised our transfer to the island and valet parking. Everything went very smooth. The location of the apartment is great - just a few steps away from all the nice spots.

a bigger shower door. But that seems to be an issue in whole Sicily ... whenever you shower, the whole bathroom is under water. The light management in the room was a bit tricky ... we did not manage to tun off the bedside lamps. We had to turn off the electricity in the room to get them off. In the street of the apartment where a lot of cats - smell was not that nice. But it did not bother inside.

1. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. 2. The location is great. It's within walking distance to the scenic spots. It's very convenient to have meals at the restaurant downstairs. 3. There is a towel warmer in the bathroom, which can dry the washed socks in time.

1. The entrance is hard to find and parking is not convenient. 2. The room is rather cold at night and the quilt is thin. After turning on the air conditioner, it becomes very dry. It is suggested to provide a thicker blanket. 3. The bathroom in the room is poorly designed. Water from the sink splashes out easily and so does the bath water, making the bathroom floor full of water. Items placed on the sink will get wet and there is no place to hang towels or clothes on the bathroom wall. The toilet is a bit leaky.

The location was great , close to the center and to everything of interest . In a walking distance you have cafes , shops and places for an evening cocktail . The room was spacious , and the cleaning was done everyday . We will definitely keep the location in mind for future visits .

The only thing we would have needed was another key to the room - since we traveled with our teenager and sometimes had disserent schedules

The location in central Ortigia is brilliant, everywhere is walkable. We used the airport bus to Syracuse bus station and walked to the property (30 minutes) The suite was spotless, fresh and welcoming. The air con is brilliant. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the rooftop, pastries, cakes, cheese, ham, coffee, juice and water. You can have fresh eggs if you request.

When we left to catch our next connection we used a taxi who charged us €30 to the train station, it should have been half that. Beware the taxi drivers! (This is not the Cinque Suites fault)

Lovely accommodation in a great, central location. We had two rooms and they were both spacious and with great artwork and overall presentation. Ortigia is a beautiful place and very active in the evenings, but once we were inside it was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and accomodating with our late check in too.

Nothing really - a few little signs of wear and tear but that isn’t a criticism at all.

Lucia gave us extra care when we left early one morning and we told her we would miss breakfast. Taking matters into her own's hands.She put a tray of breakfast items on our table in our room the night before and we were surprised when we got home from dinner that night. We were happy we would have food to take with us going to Nount Etna the next day.

Rooftop is really nice. The location is perfect. Shower 🚿 amazing. Great communication throughout our journey from receptionist. Barbara, who preps breakfast, is such a lovely person, and she couldn't do enough for us. Always smiling and very positive vibes.

The pillows just fold up around your face 😒 so uncomfortable. Sorry 😞 No late check out.

Location! Down a quaint side street in Ortigia , it was close to bars and restaurants and not too far to walk from the bus terminus in Siracusia. The suites are modern and spacious, and very comfortable. Charming roof terrace for sunbathing and breakfast. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, and the fruit juice was divine!

There is no lift so you need to carry luggage up the stairs, not so bad if you are on the first floor but higher up could be difficult for those less agile.
