Room was clean, checking in was incredible easy as we literally booked 4o mins before checking in and in the room was in a perfect location

It would have been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room for the morning wake up. There was a fridge which was great and we stocked our own water in it daily, but it would have been nice on arrival if the fridge actually stocked what the menu stated what it offered. A very minor criticism after having to leave a listed 4* well-being hotel that didn’t even provide food. So not a negative comment, just a wish list as such.

The location is amazing, just in the heart of Ortigia. Close to restaurants beach and major points of interest. My daughter and I were so happy with this accomodation it was perfect for our needs. Authentic Sicilian experience

n/a; we did not have any dissatisfaction with this venue. It was good value and a beautifully presented accomodation. Air con was much appreciated. Staff Catia and Luana were just lovely friendly and helpful. Always willing to help or offer advice. Luana made fresh coffee every morning and delicious pastries, salami bread and cheese. Catia brought a smile to my face every day she is such a delight. Grazie tante

The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was also good, and even for a 4 night stay, the towels were changed for fresh ones. A fridge in the room was very useful.

The bathroom was a little dated, but it was clean. The main issue was that breakfast was not being served and the booking.com page didn't make that clear when booking.

- our room window was directly opposed to someone else’s, so you need to have it always closed, which isn’t ideal. - door, floor and toilet weren’t in good shape. - the shower (hydro massage part) wasn’t working properly - fridge wasn’t clean/fully functioning (there was a water leak inside)

Host was lovely when talking to him, we had to call him to sort our self check-in. We had a nice large room that was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, though it's worth noting that it's in a room a couple of doors down the road. The host was on hand in the morning to point it out.

We had a room above us and you could hear every foot step from the people upstairs.

Everything was just perfect! I appreciated very much interest and help with parking from the owner. Parking is very limited in this place and the owner was very helpful and quicky sorted out our problem with rented car and he navigated us to a "hidden" garage which you can not even find on any map...Room was very clean, neat and tidy, quiet place. Breakfast was very good - choice of many things, including fruit. All staff very very nice and prepared perfect coffee ;-)

The spacious , clean and cool studio was fabulous for us , as a working holiday. We booked very last minute as our property in Ortigia was under construction. The staff and owner were fabulous, kind and so accommodating.

Room was very spacious, clean and with all amenities. Breakfast was continental and was good. The setting in the old Jewish Quarter of Siracusa of the resort adds to the beauty of the place. Good qaulity for money.

loved the location! down some cute street in the historic district but you cannot get there by car, nor is there any parking nearby, but the property manger helped us find a place to park for our stay.

The location was great for exploring island of Ortigia and also is near to a swimming spot. Breakfast was simple, but it was ok. The room was comfortable and clean.

Toilet was very close to the shower and the shower was very small and with old equipment. The stairs to upper rooms was dangerous because steps were high and narrow. Therefore, the stairs need to be re-conceptualized and realized properly by the owner.
