Cute cottage with beautiful rooms with large windows and summery vibes. The breakfast was also very nice. The fridge is super useful, especially during summer months to store your drinks in to enjoy them nice and cold at arrival.

The blinds are all the insulation provided so if it's noisy outside, you'll hear everything as if it were happening next to you. Also, at arrival, there were works going on next-door which meant we had no water for several hours. We weren't given a schedule or time when it would be finished but luckily by 17:00 they were done and water returned so we could wash the sea grime off. Communication could definitely improve concerning this singular occurrence.

Dear Travelers, The amazing hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Syracuse trying to figure out how to get to Ortigia and the hotel had messaged us that due to the G7 ( we were unaware!) that parking would be impossible and we needed to valet. Long story short - we got completely trapped in the G7 traffic and totally overwhelmed. I called the hotel and they sent the loveliest people to find us ! They drove us in our rental car to the hotel, dropped us off and took the car to the valet. That’s amazing !!! The hotel is super central to everything and I thought the breakfasts were great!

The only thing I wish they had was an area to relax that wasn’t your room. But that’s okay - they saved us and were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way !

Location , very large beautiful room with painted ceilings and cute balcony overlooking Ortigia central streets and super friendly & helpful staff which made a difference For a 3 star hotel, Broad range of breakfast options inc lots of fresh fruit

The bathroom is very tiny compared to the size of the room and the shower is very small with an uncomfortable door which you could only unfold from the outside even when you are in the shower The valet parking the hotel recommends via a third party is a good service but they only wanted cash without a receipt or invoice which when asked it was flagged as something I did not request and should be raised with the third party director (?) (whilst it should be the way it works when you pay for transactions everywhere!) The room door is very thin with a gap at the bottom which makes all the noise from people talking or leaving their rooms for breakfast getting into your room and waking you up super early

The hotel is in the older, historic part of Syracuse, Ortigia. The streets were sometimes difficult to negotiate. However, that simply is the nature of cities over 3,000 years old, not the hotel. I would rather stay in a historic area than a generic hotel on the outskirts. The location made driving to the front door difficult. The small, crowded streets made driving in Syracuse a challenge. (Again this is not the fault of the hotel.) There were many wonderful restaurants close by, it was close to the puppet theater, a public swimming location, and everything else unique and wonderful about Syracuse

Can't think of anything. We were pleased with everything. There was no lift which could be a challenge for some.

Comfortable, stylish hotel in the heart of Ortigia. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff we very helpful and accommodating.

The walls in the hotel were extremely thin- we could hear everything said and happening in the rooms next to us. So I wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.

The location was great and the car valet was efficient. I was a little concerned about this arrangement but Denise at the reception desk was very helpful. She is professional and very approachable with any questions you might have. The breakfast was very good with a nice assortment and beautifully arranged. The young lady serving was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything! Room was clean, shower was hot! Outside space was dreamy. The staff! Omg Andrea went above and beyond. Restaurants, helped with a cab, bus tickets to the next city! And even took into consideration, first floor access so my Mother didn’t want to walk up the stairs! I adored him. Guys, book here. Great location walking from some hot spots, a beautiful cafe is on the corner and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was wonderful!

We had a family room with 2 levels and our own entrance door from outside. Nice and different. Top location. Staff was very friendly. Hotell located in a beautiful old house. Breakfast very basic, nothing special.

The beds! No quality at all and very hard to sleep on.

Lovely small hotel in the heart of Ortigia (which is the best part of Siracusa). Every restaurant and every site is within a 10-minute walk from the hotel (Ortigia is very small--so that could probably be said about any hotel on the island itself). The staff were so very polite and helpful. A good breakfast is included. Recommend it highly.

Honestly this hotel is amazing for the cost, I didn’t expect it to be as clean or cute. The breakfast is fantastic very continental, staff are great and this is CENTRAL! I took 8 family members here and every single person had a big rooms and comfy beds!

I can’t fault it, we stayed 4 nights and 8 different people all said the hotel was fantastic
