The property is brand new and state of the art, it has a pool, rooftop views of the lake, a gorgeous dining room, bar & outdoor domes. Parking was perfectly situation and the balcony rooms are worth the extra spend. The rooms have a wonderful layout, especially if you have a family. There is a park across the street, the ferries & shopping within a 2 min walk.

Absolutely nothing, this is the best property we’ve stay in across all of Italy.

The location Is in the heart of stresa the room was spacious and nicely decorated with comfy bed variety of TV channels . the staff of the property all of them all whom I met are professional very Nice and helpful thanks a lot for Daniele Jaida Sylla Francesca and the lady when I checked out yesterday . the excellent breakfast and restaurant thanks a lot for all the staff and specially for Luigi . the spa was amazing I met Ana and Tamara thanks for them . I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The modern rooms are beautifully designed, with impeccable attention to detail. My room was recently finished, and I could still smell the fresh millwork in the closets—what a nice touch! The staff was absolutely fabulous, and the multilingual reception team made everything seamless. The views were breathtaking, and the gym, although small, had the latest equipment, which was perfect for my workouts. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The staff at this hotel is fantastic! The service in the restaurant was impressively attentive—perhaps a bit too much at times, as the team was always there to replace silverware and check in on us. While some may appreciate that level of service, it might be a little overwhelming for others. Overall, it’s clear they strive for excellence!

Beautiful hotel, finished perfectly! Breakfast had a fantastic selection- it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view, with a latte macchiato. Staff were helpful and attentive. We could not rate the hotel more highly.

Nothing to not like - having seen the other reviews that complained of breakfast selection, or other things, I simply could not understand! The breakfast is fantastic and the only charge is if you want caviar! It is genuinely fantastic.

The building is brand new and equipped to the highest standards. The rooftop terrace is fantastic- a 360 degree view on the lake panorama. The staff is without exception welcoming, attentive and kind. Spacious and free parking. The hotel is just across the street from the boat lines leaving for the islands.

The only thing I could think of is that they charged us €70/night for our cat. That charge isn’t made clear before booking and it’s truly exaggerated. Our cat travels a lot with us and this it by far the post we ever paid anywhere.

This was truly a 5-star experience. The staff were very attentive to our needs. I had mentioned our arrival time in Stresa, and someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to the hotel. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day. The room is beautiful with a high-end hair dryer and snacks plus a selection of tea and coffee. Bottles of mineral water were plentiful. There is literally nothing we had to worry about! The breakfast was great.We didn't try the restaurant for dinner. There are plenty of places to eat close by. Within a 5 minute walk, you can catch a boat to explore the islands.

Boutique hotel stresa was worth every penny spent. The staffs were very welcoming with warm smiles, willing to help(Nothing is too much of a ask) and very engaging. The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. The room was very spacious and all the facilities were very modern and easy to use. the food at the restaurant was perfectly amazing, likewise the breakfast which was mouth watering with pastries freshly made. I cannot fault this hotel as it ticked the box for what a five star hotel should offer. My partner could not stop telling all his friends about this beautiful hotel. Myself and my partner will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

The staff at Boutique Hotel Stresa are truly a treasure. We stayed 3 days on our tour of Italy from the U.S. In an age of mediocre service everywhere, this hotel is an absolute stand out. The fantastic dinner at La Bolle was one to remember. Our waiter Marcus could teach a course on exceptional service and the chef there will not be long in earning Michelin star status. Do yourself a favor and book it before it gets too popular!

The pillowcases need better quality threadcount linens. For the price point of the room, they were a bit scratchy to the skin. Everything else was superb.

Brand-new Hotel (they opened on August the 4th). Extremely clean and modern facility, spectacular bedrooms with all anyone may need, wonderful finishes and very well furnished with an absolute taste of design. On top of everything, the staff was very kind and helpful, having our satisfaction as their number one priority. Also. We ate at their restaurant Le Bolle, in the bubbles. And it’s been a unique experience. We will definitely come back.

Maybe the swimming pool, which is absolutely nice, could’ve been a little more bigger, considering that in high season there would be plenty of people.

It is not the first hotel where we stayed within that area, but definitely the best one! Booking it I didn't expect to get such a level of hospitality, comfort and care. It is a masterpiece: amazing combination of design, technologies, comfort and coziness. From the very first minute we felt so welcomed that didn't want to leave. Giada, Daniele thank you for your help at all the stages of our stay! Massimo, we were honored to be welcomed by you! Restaurant 'LeBolle' deserves a special comment: food, wine list, service are amazing! Table setting with all the small details was so sophisticated that brought aesthetic pleasure in addition to gastronomic experience. Looking forward to spa area opening, I may expect it will be fantastic!
