The location couldn't be better! Right in the middle of the pedestrian areas with so many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Walkable to so much including the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori. Short walk to the train station too.

This is no reflection on the hotel, but I wish Stresa had better, more frequent local transportation.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the main square and a 5 minute walk to the port. There is also a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel itself is small and family-run. The staff is very pleasant and they are always smiling and trying to help. The rooms are simple, but very clean and contain everything you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant with very tasty food. It is important to reserve a table for the evening because most of the time the restaurant is full during these hours.

The mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable and sunken, which caused back pain in the morning.

Great location, very nice room, friendly staff, good breakfasts. Highly recommended as a base in Stresa.

Only one thing, that was beyond their control, was occasional water shortage.

Really kind and helpful staff. Clean room, nice pleasant breakfast, great air conditioning and excellent situation near to main market square and restaurants. Manager got up at 4.45am to check we were okay with our taxi. Superb value for money and we will visit again!

The hotel is located in a beautiful town amongst older neighborhood. Shopping and eateries all around within walking distance, quick walk to the waterfront for some relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast had selections for all, fresh made coffee for your table. High praises for the hotel.

The location was awesome. The dinner we had first night was awesome. The breakfasts were great. The cappuccino terrific. All the staff were great Federico was especially attentive to our needs.

The location was simply great, aired just a few hundred metres from the ferry & boat terminals for the islands. It was calm as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, and I had very peaceful nights. Restaurants and shops were just within short walking distances.

Nothing. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs met.

Nice family-run hotel, not pretentious, but you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the area, and nice and helpful staff as a bonus. It is very close to the main square of Stresa, but facing a quiet street, so no noise is coming in

Great breakfast & location. Host very accomodating.

Breakfast didn't start until 8, and we are early risers. We did find that a standard time in Italy. Also, the bed had separate covers for the 2 sides, which my husband did not care for.

Great hotel and all of the staff are absolutely outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, which ranks as number one for me. The restaurant was very good as well. I didn’t feel at all out of place being on my own. The location is excellent, with just a 5 minute walk to the boat station.

The mattress on the bed was a bit strange. I thought that I might fall out a couple of times!
