No on site parking. However, hotel offered valet parking at nearby multi story parking.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for stunning views - this is what primarily keeps us coming back. Perfect location, nice staff, everything's clean. Love the bathtub in the room. We also had a cute tiny balcony where we could drink coffee while enjoying the sunset view. A bowl of fresh fruits in the room was a nice touch. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

The noise! Our deluxe room was connected with other two rooms in both sides just by doors, which means that we could hear every word of our neighbors! Lack of privacy is one thing, but also, we couldn't have a good rest because they would wake up early and start talking (not shouting, just talking, but the noise isolation is so poor it was enough to wake us both up). That's a shame, as the bed was so comfortable. Came home quite tired because of lack of sleep

The location was very good as it is just a few meters from Porta Catania and you can reach the hotel via a taxi from the train station in Giardini-Naxos. The view was very nice pointing at Mt Etna. The breakfasts were very good as well as 2 dinners that we had at the Hotel's restaurant.

The balcony was full of pieces of broken beer bottles and the towel rack was falling apart from the wall. Upon request, both problems were solved shortly after. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not attached to the building and to reach it, you need to do many steps on a staircase which represented to go up as well and we have been very tired for that. On the second last day I learned that you could request the service for the hotel to take you down and back up in a vehicle that needs to be booked at reception. It was too late for us. At the time of check-in I would suggest reception to tell customers about it.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and supportive. The location was wonderful, in one min you can be in the town. Exceptional breakfast was offered every day. It’s a perfect mixture of luxury and comfort service. Whether you’re looking for a romantic place , a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The walls of the room were not equipped well . So you can easily hear your neighbors. The bathroom should be renovated , the bathtub was very old.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room had a bath tube with was a huge plus. The views from the room were stunning! The bed was very large and comfortable. Great noise isolation, didn't hear our neighbours at all. They didn't have the parking on premises, but just a few steps away there is a huge secured public parking (costs around 15 Euros per day, but it's super convenient as the parking in Taormina is complicated). The location is fantastic as well, just a few steps away from the main street. The staff was helpful with luggages. The room had slippers, bath robes, and everything we needed. And did I mention the views? Amazing experience.

The only con was that we were staying on New Years eve. They had an event with the dinner but it had to be booked in advance (we couldn't find any info about it in their website). Sadly, there was no place left to have dinner in the hotel for the guests, which felt unthoughtful. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay.

Exceptional location and architecture. View from double bedroom windows was breathtaking. Beautiful lounge, bar and terrace. Very friendly helpful staff. Fantastic Nye gala dinner and brunch following day.

Some areas of hotel were shabby and needed redecorating, the corridors. Usb and TV connections needs updating. No Lavazza machine in room was a shock and terrace under staffed for bar service, very slow.

The staff were very helpful and empathetic. The initial room given to us had a next door room with a dog that was barking nonstop. When we shared our dilemma with the staff, they immediately transferred us to another room and ensured that we enjoyed our stay since it was the new year celebration that night

The neighbor that had a barking dog. I think that the hotel shouldn't be accepting guests like that.

A+++ location, steps from the Porta Catania, elegant gardens, large pool and terrace with spectacular sunset views, quick valet parking (€15/nt), great staff. Overall value for money is fantastic.

The place is > 100 yrs old and it needs updating - new fixtures, repairs to walls, new carpets and a fresh coat of pain. Everything is dated - could be a palace once again with some TLC. The breakfast was a 5/10.

Superb views of Etna and over the bay and sea, this was the best part about the hotel and enjoying a few drinks at the front in the sunshine. Location was perfect, on the edge of the town. The rooms were fine, the traditional decor is part of the charm of the hotel. Staff were all great.

Some upgrading needed to the rooms as look a little tired in parts but nothing major. The pool needs a good clean due to the dirty rim around the edge. The outdoor area leading to the pool is beautiful, though seems underused which is a shame. The breakfast - fruit and pastries were delicious but overall I think the breakfast for a four star hotel was a bit of a let down. The scrambled eggs did not look consumable.

Location, close to everything. They are on the South Entrance of the Village so on the opposite side of the amphi theatre. But a great walk through the village. Valet Parking, easy

Rooms are not well isolated with the neighbouring rooms. You can hear the other guest ... I think someone else brought this up in recent reviews.
