Everything! Stayed here a few years ago and would not stay anywhere else. This time we had the penthouse apartment and my parents stayed in the panoramic view. Both apartments were exceptional, they had amazing views, were spacious, had everything you need to feel at home and cook a meal and were cleaned on a daily basis. The location is excellent, just around the corner from the hustle and bustle and there is a wonderful butchers and laundrette a few doors away. Hosts very helpful with advice on restaurants and transport. Can't wait to go back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Taormina. Perfectly positioned with a breathtaking view over the water, it was the ideal spot to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted on arrival with chilled Prosecco—a thoughtful and generous touch that made us feel instantly special. The room was stunningly styled with elegant decor and luxurious toiletries, making our stay feel truly indulgent. Every detail was beautifully considered. Marcello and Sara went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warmth, hospitality, and local tips added so much to our experience. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

We stayed at La Malandrina for a few nights in February and truly enjoyed our time at the clean and beautifully decorated Green Palm apartment. Every detail of the space felt intentional, making the apartment feel cozy and welcoming. Despite arriving later in the evening, the La Malandrina Team kindly greeted us in person, which was a lovely and appreciated gesture. The apartment is just a short walk from Corso Umberto, Taormina’s main street, and being close to the Decò supermarket with its fresh produce and essentials made our stay all the more convenient. Due to the mountainous landscape, there are quite a few stairs in the city — including near the apartment — so it’s good to keep that in mind. Thank you, La Malandrina team, for the lovely apartment and your kind hospitality.

Like many other places we saw, the bathroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder — a small quirk we got used to!

- The apartment was lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning. - Check-in was easy; we arrived later than anticipated (around 9 pm) due to a road accident. The receptionist waited for us and helped us with parking directions, as well as restaurant recommendations. - The apartment is close to the city center, not even 5 minute walk to the main street. The room was also very quiet.

There was a bit of confusion, given the description of the room title. It was written as a "One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View," but the place was not a one-bedroom; it was a studio. A large studio but a studio nonetheless, meaning there was no separate room. For two people, it is fine, but we were three adults, with one sleeping on the bed sofa in the same room. This need to be rectified to avoid further people being confused.

Our stay at La Malandrina was simply world class. From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty. My fiancé and I were gifted a free upgrade because I had told the Malandrina team that we were visiting Taormina to book our wedding venue. Well, what can I say - WOW, what a treat, we couldn’t believe our luck!! The apartment was spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was SO comfy with a choice of pillows so that you find the perfect one to rest your head after a crazy exciting day in the town. The apartment have thought of everything you might need - they even have a dishwasher which the maid kindly unloaded for us whilst we were out exploring! A special mention to Sara who I spoke to frequently on WhatsApp. Sara was absolutely superb and she really helped me during our stay by offering suggestions, booking train station taxis, and genuinely taking an interest in how our wedding venue search went. I felt very special 😍. The property is sooooooooo well positioned. All you need to do is turn right out of the property and then turn right again to go down a flight of stairs which take you all the way down onto the Main Street in a few minutes. There is also a handy supermarket about 1 minute away too! Honestly, I can’t wait to come back. Thank you La Malandrina team!!

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, always ready to help with local tips, directions, and anything we needed. The apartment is ideally located, just a few steps from the main street, which made it very convenient for exploring Taormina. Our rooms were cleaned and tidied daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. Taormina itself is a truly beautiful town – a perfect place to experience the charm and atmosphere of Italy.

The apartment was bright and absolutely beautiful with an extremely comfortable bed and everything we needed: coffee maker / coffee, kettle, toaster, fridge, groceries nearby, and laundry facility a couple doors down. The location is close to the main street for all the action: restaurants, great coffee & gelato and shops. Marcello was fantastic. He met us on arrival to check us in, helped with luggage, and made recommendations for restaurants and upcoming Easter events. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at La Malandrina again.

Absolute 10/10 hotel! Staff was above and beyond friendly. We stayed in the 'Persige' apartment and I can refer to that. The entire apartment was very stylish, quality furniture, superb bathrooms, comfortable beds, attention to details like A/C-s built in the ceiling, electric window shades, etc. Location is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the gate to the historical center of the city. It was a very good apartment even for a long stay. Bonus: Valet parking is very convenient and we were very satisfied with the service.

Our experience at La Malandrina Apartments in Taormina was close to perfect. The proactive and helpful communication via WhatsApp before our arrival set a welcoming tone for our stay. The concierge service, available from morning till 18:00, was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making us feel genuinely looked after. Situated just a 5-minute walk from the center, the location couldn't have been better for exploring the charming streets of Taormina. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, beautifully and elegantly decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could need for our stay. The living room was inviting with stylish furniture, and the kitchen had all the essentials for meal preparation. The bedroom was a comfort haven with a cozy bed and ample wardrobe space. Additionally, the luxurious Ortigia bathroom products were a delightful touch. The attention to detail in the apartment's decor and amenities was impressive, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. However, there was one aspect that detracted from our overall experience - the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear the neighbors next door, which occasionally disturbed the peace of our otherwise serene stay. Despite this, our time at La Malandrina Apartments was exceptional. Its prime location, superb facilities, and the high level of service make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Taormina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and while the soundproofing could be improved, we would still highly recommend these apartments to others. We're looking forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Appartment excellent but parking difficult and limited . One resident only car park for unloading. This is just the nature of the town. It does work and we only parked for about 30 mins before using valet parking.
