The property was very intimate and comfortable. The location was fantastic & the staff (Antonino) was so helpful! All of the staff were attentive and friendly.

There were just two things that stood out to me that could be addressed. The location of our room was directly under the pool roof top bar. There was a noise issue past 11 pm the first night that was unfortunate. The next evening it was not an issue :) The other thing I noticed were the condition of the bath towels. They seemed very old and need to be replaced. They were somewhat tattered with threads hanging off the edges. They were thin & worn. For such a nice hotel the towels should be very nice & luxurious.

Excellent location — just steps from the main shopping street, yet wonderfully quiet and intimate. Our room was beautifully designed, with great amenities and thoughtful touches. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance with parking — they met us at a designated spot and escorted us to the hotel, sparing us the stress of navigating the narrow streets on our own. Breakfast was a highlight: absolutely delicious, featuring high-quality products and homemade cakes, kindly presented by the hotel manager. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended!

Such a stunning and beautiful place to stay in Taormina! Central and quiet with an amazing staff that couldn’t have been more accommodating. The pool and the bar at the end of the day made it such a pleasant place to rest after a long day of adventures such as hiking Mt. Etna. Excellent recommendations for restaurants and the most incredible view at breakfast over the volcano. We will be back!

The rooms were a bit small, but this was not an issue for us and The gardens and spaces to sit around the property meant we felt we had plenty of private places to spend our time.

Wow is all I can say! We were met by Paolo who offered us glasses of prosecco which we accepted. We were turned over to the delightful Martina who told us all about the property and area. But she did so in such as sincere and friendly matter we would have talked for half an hour! She always met us during our stay with such enthusiasm and even hugged my wife goodbye. Just a real credit to this property. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is a converted villa and filled with antiques. Our room was a garden suite so not in the main building but very easy to manage. The hotel is located right off the main road in the old city so very convenient. Highly recommended.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. All the sightseeing info from them were very precise & helpful. The breakfast was AWESOME with lot of local dishes and so delicious with an excellent view of the sea.

Dinner was so-so. May be due to lack of staff on that particular day. We wanted to have it the roof top, but were guided to the breakast place. We ordered some light food and were shocked to see that the pasta was frozen here & there. We didn't expect frozen food to be served and probably that day they didn't defrost it well...

This was a really lovely place to stay. The hotel was refined and elegant, the bed was comfortable and the in room facilities and toiletries were all very nice. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and the roof top bar has a great view and a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast offered an excellent range of fresh and healthy options. We totally enjoyed our visit here - hotels these days often don’t live up to their descriptions but this one really did. A sophisticated place to stay! Would book again.

We loved everything about Villa Taormina. The hotel exudes charm and class with incredible attention to detail and such a warm welcome. When Claudia took us to our room she said ‘Welcome home’ which sums up how it felt to stay. The room overlooking the garden had the most comfortable bed and bed linen and the bathrobes were so fluffy. We enjoyed the pool area and the terrace, a welcome escape from the heat of the afternoon. The breakfast overlooking Etna was a treat and we really enjoyed Paolo telling us about all of the local produce. We also loved hearing about the history of Taormina and Etna. Two nights was not enough and we’ll definitely be back.

We loved everything about this property. They have the most exquisite attention to detail from the bedding and towelling to the toiletries. The breakfast is all local produce from family or local bakeries. There is an amazing hand made element. The location is perfect. In amongst the action but still extremely quiet. The staff are amazing from the owner Paulo to the gorgeous Klaudia and Martina who helped with any requests and also recommended some fantastic restaurants. We felt very spoilt. We definitely recommend this property.

There is nothing not to like here.

This is truly a boutique hotel. It is located just inside the first gate. The crew is pretty wonderful with a couple of standouts. Klaudia at the reception desk, for one, and the gal at the pool bar. Both are so sweet, efficient, and an asset to the property. Paoul does a great job as manager. They all want you to feel at "home" ....and at the end of the day you do. The breakfast was not overwhelming, but good with local fruits, and cheeses.

Not much. The weather was overwhelmingly hot....nothing that the villa could do about that.
