This hotel was an incredible 5 star experience. From the lovely staff to the food to the beautiful hotel room itself - my partner and I had an unforgettable experience here. The hotel staff upgraded us to a suite free of charge and helped my now fiancee organize the most GORGEOUS proposal on their amazing rooftop. Everyone really made sure we had a memorable time here and we felt very well taken care of. The restaurant in this hotel has the most attentive service and delicious Sicilian food. The location is in a quiet area of town, but very close to everything you'd like to see. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Taormina!

The location is truly ideal, with easy access to key landmarks, dining, and shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The staff here goes above and beyond—extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is exceptional, featuring a diverse selection of fresh and high-quality options that cater to all tastes, a perfect start to your day.

To reach the hotel from the main street, guests should be aware that there are a few stairs leading up to the street where the hotel is located. This means that while the hotel is conveniently close to the main thoroughfare, some moderate physical effort is required to climb these stairs.

We had absolutely amazing stay here ! Stuff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Restaurant food was absolutely fantastic! Room was very clean and it was cleaned discreetly so we never saw when the room was cleaned . There were complimentary non alcoholic drinks in the room which is a nice touch ! Thank you to Antonio, Francesko and everyone else in the hotel all of you were absolutely amazing! My only advise for management would be maybe put a small portable make up mirror in the room as I was don’t have a good eye sight so I was bit struggling with my makeup but that’s a small minor thing. Thank you and we will definitely be back !

**Amazing Stay in a Great Location with Exceptional Staff** We recently stayed at Palazzo Vecchio, and our experience was outstanding! The location is perfect, within easy reach of major attractions and local gems, making it an ideal spot for exploring Taormina. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. Antonio, Salvatore, and Claudio went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality, helpful suggestions, and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Palazzo Vecchio and look forward to returning on our next trip!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they waited for us to be picked up from the last point before the pedestrian area, and showed us the hotel's amenities, without being aggressive about it - very much appreciated for the discrete but helpful style.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the fact that we only stayed for one night meant we did not get to do much, and it seemed that the one pedestrian street filled with stores and restaurants was the only thing we were able to do - but this must be on us because we did not allocate much time to it- was only a discovery visit per se.

This Boutique Hotel was well located on the Main Walking Street, but set-back up a flight of stairs, so quite discreet. The Service, Housekeeping, Breakfast and general facilities for a small hotel of only #12 Guestrooms was quite exceptional, and the Guest Relations / Concierge Antonio was extremely helpful with suggesting great Restaurants, and organising a trip up the ubiquitous Mt. Etna, which is a must for anyone visiting Taormina, and this part of Sicily. I would highly recommend the Palazzo Vecchio Hotel Taormina, for anyone wishing to stay at a more discreet and personal Hotel, rather than a large Grand Hotel, with all the facilities of 2 or 3 Restaurants etc. The Hotel has a relationship with a very pleasant Beach Club down on the Beach, who will collect you from the Town Square and return whenever you wish ➕️ the Food at La Caravella was really excellent 👌 We hired a car from Catania, which was a waste of time, as it remained parked at Euro 30 per day for our entire stay, until our departure.....if you only intend to visit Catania. We had an amazing time in Taormina for the 5 days we stayed, and were really sorry to leave this incredibly beautiful and unique lication, with excellent Restaurants for every taste from Street Food to Haute Cuisine at the Grand Timeo Belmond Hotel, which has a Michelin Star Restaurant and great food at their Terrace Restaurant as well.

There was nothing we could complain anout at Palazzo Vecchio Taormina and would definitely stay there again if we returned to Taormina

The property is absolutely beautiful. It is located on the main road through the village but on the up side / slope so not right on the road. That also means it’s quiet and has beautiful views of the church and the sea beyond. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast / dining room is also beautiful.

There isn’t anything to not like. If you’re on the 4th floor you will hear the music from the bar directly above but it does not go late. Also, ask them to put tape over the red flashing lights of their smoke detectors. They’re very bright!

An absolute gem of a hotel - staff, facilities and service were first class. Room was amazing - the bed was to die for. Breakfast was based on local food etc but had an excellent choice. Staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and were very informative on everything about Taormina - organised day trips to the beach and transport to and from the airport. All places on interest in the town were within walking distance of the property. Rooftop was amazing and had truly stunning views of the area and Etna. Cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked.It was difficult to single out one member of staff as they were all exceptional BUT must give a special mention to Ivana - she was fantastic - so professional friendly and gave exceptional customer service. What an asset to the hotel!!! Every member of staff looked after us exceptionally well. So friendly welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Dont worry about the hotel being up some steps - they fetched our luggage and took it to the taxi when we left

An absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff and service was OUTSTANDING (an 11/10). They were extremely accommodating, attentive, and responsive. The breakfast was lovely and the rooftop bar was gorgeous with a view of Mount Etna. Concierge helped us book a variety of restaurants and beach clubs, and arranged a helicopter tour of Mount Etna for us. They also opened the restaurant early for us so we could have breakfast the day we left!

The only very SMALL thing was the shower/tub - it was a bit difficult to shower without getting water everywhere.
