We loved the staff and the overall friendliness of the hotel, very nice attentiveness from all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Breakfast was very good, and the location was superb, just a lovely lakeside 5 min walk into Torri.

Nothing really to mention here, the only thing I would say is don't expect a modern furnished hotel, it does require updating, but in no way does this detract from the service or enjoyment of your stay!

Family-owned hotel, run by very charming, competent and helpful family members and staff. Great breakfasts, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Ideal location for easy lakeside stroll to the small quiet town and its facilities. Great sunsets from our balcony overlooking the lake!

Fantastic hotel! It is opposite the lake ( with the road in between) and the view from our balcony was just gorgeous. West facing so beautiful sunsets too! An easy 5 minute walk alongside the lake into Torre Del Benaco ( nice footpath with benches). Torre is a little gem complete with castle, church, harbour, quaint cobbled streets. Eateries and lovely bars are all around the harbour and extending alongside the lake so el fresco dining was just perfect. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bar is open until midnight and after a night out it was perfect to sit out on the terrace and have a night cap or take a drink up to the room to enjoy the balcony views! The breakfast was super with a full continental choice and so lovely eating out on the front terraced area. The pool was great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff were just exceptional! So friendly and helpful. A wonderful family run business.

Our stay was exceptional. The owners and staff were super friendly and the service was great. Breakfast was a large selection of items and was served on the beautiful terrace in front of the hotel. The hotel is a 3 min walk into Torri del Benaco. We were able to see the Castello from our room. Our room had a wrap around balcony with lake view. Incredible! We will be back.

Beautiful location - 10 min walk to downtown and right across from a little beach. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Clean, well-maintained and friendly, helpful and conscientious staff with a great pool, elevated above road level.

Road noise but this was most noticeable from a lake-facing room and in the daytime with the windows open.

suggestion fridge in room lunch was very good and would have had a couple of meals in the evening if the restaurant open at night

Excellent. Can not fault anything. From arrival to departure superb experience. A little gem on lake garda. Will definitely book to stay here again. Breakfast gave a good choice of everything. Fresh fruit every day was a big plus.
