- The AC was the best of all the places we stayed at in Italy - Great washrooms - Quiet non touristic area - Close to a grocery store - comfortable beds - Very nice balcony on top of the multi-level apartment - Everything was as expected. Paper towels, kitchen accessories, etc.

- The balcony didn't have shade, so it gets hot quickly on a sunny summer day - While I loved how quiet the neighborhood was, it meant that we always has to walk a fair distance to take the water bus anywhere (600m), but honestly, its not as bad as it sounds. Where ever you're going, you'll need to walk anyways, so why not walk a little more.

Property is about 15 mins walk from the train station located in a quiet area and less 10 mins walk to the nearest S. Alvise vaporetto stop. Property feels secure with a main gate leading up to a courtyard, then another locked glass door. There’s an elevator as well if you don’t feel like taking the stairs. There’s an oven, microwave and washing machine with drying function too. Extra sliding door to close off the bathroom and washing machine area is well thought out too! The air-con is particularly good which we had to set it to 24 degrees Celsius in order not to get too cold, when outside temperature is 32 degrees Celsius!! Plenty of crockery to use even for a small party!

Nothing major but merely suggestions… a few more hanging hooks in the bathroom would be good which currently have only one. Towels are clean but have sort of a slightly damp feel to them… just me being picky?

It's a great place to stay. Tucked away from the main part of Venice (5-10min walk to main street and 25min walk to basilica san marco. Not a lot of foot traffic, so after the hussel of the main streets of Venice, it is nice to come back here. Full supermarket is a 100m walk away. Restaurants/ Pizza/ coffee places all within a few hundred meters. The apartment is spacious. It has a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The hosts are quick to reply to any questions you have.

Washing/ dryer combo. Dryer barly dries your clothes.

• Very peaceful area, about 15 minutes walk from the station/Grand Canal, although in Venice that doesn't necessarily mean "easy to find without Google Maps". • Lots of nice local cafés, bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk, but if you want to walk to one of the main thoroughfares it's about 10-15 minutes walk. • Nearest mini market/supermarket is about 8-10 minutes walk, and I highly recommend the Despar Teatro in Campiello de l'Anconeta, it's fantastic and has tons of fantastic fresh produce, and as a bonus is in a gorgeous building. • The apartment itself is clean and simple, nice big rooms and very light. Not a great view from any of the windows though, but you're in Venice, just go outside!

• The key to turn the lights/electrics on when you come in is a bit temperamental. Had to turn it on an off a few times to get it to work. • One of the twin beds has a very uncomfortable mattress, and a bedside light that has no nearby socket to plug into, so maybe buy an extension lead for that?

Great quiet location away from the busy tourist area. Lots of space in the apartment with good air conditioning in the main living area. Close to a great supermarket and restaurants. Easy walk to vaparetto stop to get around. Quick walk to the main area restaurants and bars. Has everything you need for a group or family.

The shower was not very clean and needs a good scrub to clean it properly. The shower water pressure is very low and you run the shower for a long period of time before hot water comes in. Cooling or fans in the bedrooms would be good in the heat.

B3 is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a giant kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Us and kids were super-happy with everything provided + hosts were very hospitable and responsive! The district is very quiet and a huge supermarket is in 5 min. Also worth mentioning: the WiFi in the apartment was really exceptional. ~400 Mbps both ways -- and this makes planning your next day in Venice so much easier.

There were minor signs of wear and tear like a couple of non-working light bulbs or a shower head that could use decalcing/replacement. All non-critical but visible at this price tag.

Great location, close to nice restaurants and bars. (great vibes and atmosphere). It was easy to reach by foot from the bus terminal (about 10'). There's also a nice walk along that canals to tourist attractions. The building is fairly quiet. Clear instructions about self check-in. Internet works fine. The apartment is very spacious and clean (with floor heating). A bottle of water and coffee were provided (on arrival).

The mattress in the master bedroom is squeaking. The tiles in the shower cabin need a bit more attention when cleaning.

The apartment was very clean, modern, had screens on windows so you could enjoy fresh air without mosquitoes. There was a nice sitting area, dining table, and the kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking and coffee. The bedrooms were great with ample storage.

Only being super picky here, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heating so the bedrooms were a bit warm. In fairness, we didn’t ask how to turn it off so our problem, not the apartment.

Clean and comfortable accommodation away from the noisy streets. There's a large supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Very close proximity to the main Jewish getto area, where you'll find a variety of affordable restaurants. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk when travelling with luggage. There are 4 bridges to cross if arriving by train. 1 of them has ramps, but the other 3 have stairs. If travelling with large luggage, I would suggest using one of the porter services.

The location was great, but a little far to get to the main areas of Venice. About a 20min walk to the Rialto bridge.

I liked the quieter area. It was still less than 15 min walk to the train station. There was a grocery store very close by.

The mattress protector covers must have been rubber/plastic, as I woke up drenched in sweat each night (and I'm not of hot flash age :) I understand the use of them from a cleanliness aspect but it made for uncomfortable sleeps. I think there may have been an air conditioner in the main area of the apartment but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. We were only there two nights, so it wasn't a huge deal.
