Very warm and interested staff. Large comfortable room; large bathroom; lots of towels; desk area to spread my things. A croissant warming machine so the croissants are crispy! Great cappuccino

Amazing Staff, friendly, kind and helped us out with places to eat and the hotspots to view including the best times to view them. Saw everything within 1½days thanks to the friend help with the way to explore the amazing city. Easy to get to from the station on a bus with a little walk to the main Plaza which is just around the corner from the hotel. A modest and contemporary breakfast including a wide range of Coffees, Juices, Tea and Hot Chocolate. Even breakfast for those who are Gluten Free :) Would stay here again and tbh I would rate as a 4 Star Hotel 🏨 as the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you Definitely would stay again if we travel to Verona in the future

Mini Bar costs, especially annoying when you don't check in until shops close and need a bottle of water to drink overnight, which is a minimal downside

The staff are the stars of this property. Without exception they were welcoming, helpful, happy and really wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were amazing. Full of variety, freshly prepared, great produce and wonderful bakery goods. The location is perfect - just around the corner from the main piazza.

Our room was much smaller than those shown in the photographs. The bathroom, although spotlessly clean, was in need of a refresh. Somewhere close by was exceptionally noisy into the early hours of the morning. The price advertised on Booking.com increased by over £50 when we pressed the confirmation button. Booking.com offered no explanation for this. However, I do not believe this to be a fault with the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay in Verona! The city feels like a fairytale, and the hotel played a big part in making our experience so special. The breakfast was a real highlight — delicious food and such warm, kind people! The entire staff, including the reception team, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our room was charming, very comfortable, and spotless. The hotel has a lovely classic feel that matched the atmosphere of Verona perfectly. The location couldn’t be better — right next to one of the city’s main squares, in the heart of the historic center, yet still peaceful and quiet. Everything was within walking distance. It was such a cozy and delightful place to stay. We truly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Our favourite thing about this lovely small hotel is the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble they are so welcoming and helpful. The receptionists, Elise, Elise B and Paola are all great they help out at breakfast too as needed. The location is perfect so close to Piazza Erbe a few steps away.

We loved everything about the property, the only thing we would have loved was an outside seating area but all the positives outweigh this.

We loved everything about this lovely hotel. The girls on Reception were wonderful, especially Elisa and Victoria - they gave us the BEST restaurant recommendations. The housekeeping ladies were meticulous. And lovely Adele in the Breakfast room, always happy, friendly, delightful and a wonderful baker and breakfast cook. Breakfast was really great, lots of great quality choices..

It’s central location around the corner from Piazza delle Erbe, room decor, staff were very helpful, near shops. Loved the guest lounge - all looked welcoming.

The location was ideal. The Albergo Mazzanti was in the middle of the city and near all the attractions we want to go see in Verona. The room was comfortable and was the room advertised. The staff was excellent - especially the lady who was head of the breakfast.

The hotel was a little past its prime. If there is some basic maintenance then it would be top notch. The elevator had a really bad moldy smell and I only went on it once during our stay. This was ok since they had given us a room on the first floor. The door to our room 106 wouldn't close properly and we had to close it twice to get it to lock. It was a really nice hotel but again needs some repairs to give it top scores.

Our stay here was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They always took the time to answer our questions. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! The staff who ran the breakfast were so friendly and helpful, and they made any drink we asked for. The selection of items was beyond what we expected, including savory and sweet options. The location was dead center in the middle of the old city, so walking around was always a breeze. We loved this hotel and will return if we stay in Verona again.
