Everything was really quite good.

Some guests did not respect the property by picking up their pet poo. It was not the fault of the hotel, but the disrespectful guests. As a pet owner who stays at hotels with their pet, the hotel may want to consider having a scheduled poo pickup so that it doesn't get excessive. During my stay, I followed Golf etiquette by picking up my dogs poo and two others. Maybe suggest that to guests at checkin or with signs around the poo area.

The location is right off the highway and is easily accessible. Staff was super friendly and accommodating if you have any requests. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast had waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, juice, and I believe I saw some fruit. There's an Applebee's right across the street, and it's close to a city bus stop. It was a very nice place to stay.

There were only two downsides to our stay. The first being that the air conditioner in our room made a constant sound all night long as if someone were shaking a bag of rocks. Very annoying. The second was that they require a $50 deposit for damages that gets returned after you check out, which is fine, except that it can take up to 10 business days for the deposit to be returned.

Booking .com said that the hotel was pet friendly, but didn’t mention that the weight restriction for the dog was 40 Lbs. When I arrived , the front desk guy showed the rules about weight restrictions for the dog so I couldn’t stay in the room! He gave me a refund though.

Staff members Gina Treat, Isabella and Rick were amazing and really kind and helpful Maintenance man was rude. Hotel itself dingy and disappointing inside the rooms. Room facilities old and broken, very little furniture inside.

The lady at the counter got upset and told me i could not fill my water bottle with her water jug because I would take it all which I was not and she said she had to melt ice to make it she gave me attitude many times so I walked to the store and bought water. Side note At night not one person used the water it was completely full still when o checked hours later

The rooms were quiet and great for a night's stay. I was there staying a night on my way back home to Idaho Falls, Idaho. It was safe, clean, and the pool there at the hotel was lots of fun.

The building is a bit dated. There were stains on the hallway carpeting, but nothing too crazy. The rooms had limited amenities as well. But for just a night passing through, it did pretty well.

That you had a sheet, a blanket, and a nice bed cover made of good material! That you had a bedside table light instead of one of those horrible wall sconces! That you had a coffee maker! That there was an arm chair in the room! That the bathroom was decently well furnished (not the best quality - ie a plastic bathtub) but all clean and no crumbly bits anywhere.

The hallway smelled a bit. There was no “stairs” sign on the door to the stairs.

room was clean. We arrived at the airport late that evening and had requested a shuttle in advance. The shuttle was there after a short wait. We also requested that our daughter drop our car off in their parking lot because we had to leave early the next morning. That is why we did not take advantage of the breakfast.

Excellent 2 night stay. Great location near airport, free airport shuttle, friendly competent staff, clean room, facilities in fine condition. Convenience store and restaurant across the street. No issues.

Breakfast is free but weak. Carbs and sugary stuff, no eggs, sausage, protein, which other similar Wyndham properties include with free breakfast.
