I didn’t like the fact that they charge for a early check in even if the room was available. Also that Booking.com didn’t offer the free cancellation on this property I had to buy trip insurance. I had to leave a day early and the property wouldnt let me out of my reservation and with the insurance they wanted some kind of document proof I had an emergency. Bottom line is this property had to many restrictions. I will definitely make sure to not make a reservation at this type of property again.

Positive attitude of staff, cleanliness and breakfast at the hotel were top notch. The location is very convenient, close to downtown (5 minutes by car) and many restaurants with different food options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The TV in the room was not a smart TV. This is not necessarily something you would require from a hotel at this price but it would be nice to have it. Everything was great otherwise, this is just a small, minor inconvenience based on personal preference.

Staff was so accommodating. We arrived very early (around 10am) and were able to stay in the lobby for a few hours with our laptops. They were able to hold our luggage, and also were able to let us check in early (around 12:30pm). They posted their recommendations for what to eat and do in the area. It's within walking distance of a green belt entrance which is very nice. We happened to be here during Treefort and walked to Julia Davis Park. This was the last leg of a road trip and I'm so glad we chose a hotel with full facilities as it was very comfortable. I also really enjoyed visiting Boise! Overall, we had a great time!

My flight was delayed so I didn’t get any until really late. No complaints, but nothing to exciting to write about as I was just looking for a place to sleep! With the delay though, I was able to contact the property to have my friend assigned to the room and check in while she waited on me. The individual that communicated with me was fast, concise, and polite. I am both pleased and very appreciative for the assistance in that issue.

We loved the size of the room and the beautiful Mt views. It would be nicer to have an actual hide a bed, or another queen bed on the living room side. It was a bit tough in bathroom area with no hooks for towels or towel holder bar. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially the lady with the curly hair. We enjoyed the swans and duck as well!

The click clack sleeper sofa, not so nice. With some interesting stains. Needed towel hooks or towel bar outside bathroom area.

We liked the friendly staff, clean room and the breakfast was great. Alot of places don't have hot breakfast besides toast pancakes and oats. The swimming pool was large and not full. They have a game room for the kids to play video game too ,we don't have kids but I play them .

I wish we could of stayed longer but for almost 200 dollars a night is more then I could pay.

I was told I'll get only 2 small bottles of water each day if I'm an IHG member, or I need to purchase it for $5/bottle. I wasn't even told there was a water refill machine that I could use for free. Other than this, everything else was perfect.

The breakfast had list of different options each day, but was almost the same each morning. The location was what I expected.

The exercise balls in the fitness room are bouncy and there is not enough room in the space for the type of balls. I expected them to be a medicine ball and actually gave myself a fat lip when the ball hit me in the face. No lip filler was needed for 24 hours . lol

Loved the location across the street from the green belt. Very nice breakfast ( better than most included breakfasts). Free parking. Room was very comfortable. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Also, fairly close proximity to downtown and an easy drive to the Idaho Shakespeare Theater. Overall, very nice. We will be staying there again.

You still have to drive to downtown but just a mile or so.

Lovely view from the sixth floor, spacious and comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants in the vicinity. A few minutes’ drive to downtown. Breakfast is very good with healthy cereal options and inventive takes on the standard eg frittata and tortilla with salsa roja / verde.

WiFi can be flaky.
