Clean, not sure if it’s a new property but it has the feeling of a brand new or really well kept property (like most hiltons).

Only complaint is that I paid for breakfast online. I shared that with the server but she didn’t mention that it only includes cold breakfast so I was surprised when the bill came she had charged us for the hot breakfast part. Still not a big deal but I came here to say, if you prepay for the cold breakfast, It only offers cold cereal, fruit and yogurt.

The room was lovely and clean with nice modern finishes and furniture. I appreciated the layout and design and price! The bed was fairly comfy and we loved the location! It was very easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The front desk employees were very kind and friendly! Alyssa helped us check in and texted to see if we needed anything shortly after we got in our room. Upon request, she gave some great recommendations on where we could go out to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Alyssa!

We were on the 2nd floor and located near a busy road. The traffic noise was pretty bad! If you can request a higher level away from the street, it'd be perfect!

The maids, bartender/cook were always smiling and greeted us. Location was excellent and ease of getting in and out was great.

Paying $15 a day to park; flat bed pillows; could feel springs in mattress…could use a newer gel forming mattress; young inexperienced front desk guy who never smiled and acted like he would rather be somewhere else.

Staff were very friendly, informative, and checking via personal text if there was anything needed after you were in your room. My room and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. I will definitely use this location my next time in the Boise area.

Suggestion .. Add parking fees to your price online and morning coffee service in the lobby.

The Hilton Garden Inn is within walking distance of all the sites in downtown Boise. Nicely appointed new hotel downtown. There is a bike path on the south side of the building, you can walk all the way to the river. There’s a brewery on the way!

Road noise on the north side of the building - if you’re a light sleeper just ask for a room on the south side

Great location near many nice restaurants and attractions. Very attentive staff, clean and comfortable.

Only two criticisms: - rooms with windows facing the busy street (i.e. 225) are very noisy due to the traffic, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Cars and motorcycles revving engines till 2 a.m. - the comforter/bedspread situation is strange.

My stay was lovely. Everything was as expected. Staff was friendly. Great location, walking distance to nearly everything in downtown Boise. The facility was clean. Rooms were comfortable. I stayed there solo as a woman and felt safe the whole time. Will stay here again.

It was welcoming and well lite. It was very clean. I just had booked a different place through Booking.com that was not as described and that bad place was more money for the night than this Hilton Garden Inn (HGI). I left the other place after being in the place for 5 minutes. I also booked the HGI through Booking.com. The HGI had a cafe that was still open after 9pm. I ordered some tacos and they were excellent. The whole ambience was nice and welcoming. I could tell the staff cared about their jobs and their customers. The breakfast in the morning was a step above normal hotel breakfasts.

I really didn't find anything that I thought needing improving. I had just left a place that was mis-advertised on Booking.com. compared to the room I had just come from this was like staying at a hotel in a movie. I travel a lot and I thought the first place I visited on the Friday night was one of the worst places I have seen to stay and the HGI was, surprisingly one the better places I have experienced.

So pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Lots of thoughtful amenities and great location for walking downtown. I have to say the staff was so great - from front desk, to restaurant staff. Will happily recommend and look forward to coming back.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. New and clean and room smelled clean! Everything was super clean and so enjoyable. The walk to the downtown was awesome so pretty.

Reaching the hotel reception was challenging. The whole surrounding is under construction and Google maps doesn't have the most up to date way to find the reception entrance.
