the kitchen is nice, with full size refrigerator

there are no cooking pots or pans or anything utensils in the kitchen. Hotel staff gave us some paper plates and plastic utensils which is helpful. But we have to go to buy cooking pans and pots -- luckily there is a Walmart nearby. But the reservation just says there is kitchen but did not say we need to provide our own pans and pots and utensils. People can be caught off-guard to have to spend extra money to buy cooking utensils. If they are flying, their suitcases may not have room to bring those back, and that is a waste of money after only a few days of use of the pans and pots.

Close to Dutch Brothers coffee and nice breakfast places (and other conveniences). Central to a lot of locations in the Treasure Valley and close to the highway. A little kitchenette that was useful. The staff was friendly. We definitely appreciated the 24 hour front desk since we had to check in really late at night after a long drive.

Near a large, busy conference center and arena with other hotels and restaurants nearby. So depending on if you are coming for an event or not, that may be a good thing. There were large concerts or shows going on at the Idaho Center the nights we stayed there, and we could hear the music through the walls a little bit, but not enough to be disturbing (and we couldn't hear it over the fan). No breakfast option without paying extra.

We were surprised by the size of the room and the amenities. Instead of the typical mini-fridge, there was instead a mid-sized refrigerator with an ice-maker which assured us of plenty of ice to take when we checked out of the hotel for the journey back home. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and looked new. We did not partake of any breakfast there so have nothing to review. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of linens wee made available. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The only complaint, which is very minor, was the lighting in the bathroom was not adjustable. I am one who cannot make it through the evening without at least one visit to the room, and when I hit the switch to turn the light on, I was immediately assaulted by a shockingly bright light that really set me back and took longer than normal to adjust to. I highly recommend taking your cell phone or a flash light into the room with you rather than using the light provided.

The beds are comfortable. It was very clean and quiet. The location was convenient. It was a great value.

Some of the staff were not helpful or they were indifferent. For example, I had to change my reservation dates by 1 day. I was told there weren't any rooms available. They tried to upgrade me to a very expensive room. I booked the same room I had on line while talking to the staff for a much cheaper price. When I reported that the conditioner pump wasn't working, they were indifferent. They told me that they check it everyday and shrugged off my concern.

A decent, modern hotel located in the suburbs of Boise with quick and easy access to the city center. The room was spacious, exactly as described in the booking, and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking is available, and the area feels safe. We didn’t use the kitchen, so I can't comment on that. The room offered plenty of storage space, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The only minor downside was the inconvenient shower head, but overall, it was a great stay

The location isn’t walkable—there’s nothing nearby on foot—but if you’re traveling by car, it’s a great overnight stop.

Very clean room, nice quiet location but close to the highway and walkable to Walmart. Spacious room with decent kitchen facilities. Laundry on site.

No kitchenware. Not even a dish or knives and forks. This probably isn't a problem if you are driving there from within the US as you can bring that stuff with you but as international travellers, who packs pans and cutlery?! We bought what we needed from Walmart (and they do sell some items in reception). I have no issue with this stuff not being provided but they should make it clear in the room description. It would not stop us from staying there again as we would come prepared next time.

As a solo traveler visiting family my concerns were safety, comfort and convenience. MY PLACE HOTEL has it all. I was so comfortable.

I have 3 suggestions...please supply disposable utensils in the kitchen. There's a full kitchen and no utensils. I expected to see a Keurig coffee maker for more convenience. There was a regular coffee pot which was fine but no decaf coffee was offered in the supplies provided in the room. No one wants to get dressed first thing when they wake up and have to go downstairs for coffee. So many of us are restricted for caffeine but still enjoy our coffee. Lastly, there were no face cloths with the towels. Women use face cloths especially for removing makeup. I used the small towel supplied in the kitchen. These were things that were only inconveniences not necessarily problems. My stay was wonderful but would have been even more so if these things were supplied.

We like staying here for concerts at the Ford Center, because it's easy and convient. We can walk to the concert so that saves us on Uber rides. The staff is always courtesy and very helpful with easy check ins. The rooms are large enough for the 3 of us and are very comfortable. Next time we will try to get an ADA room though, the toilets are a bit low to the ground.

If they would do a complimentary breakfast that would be nice, my son always wakes up early and goes down to the lobby.

It’s a newer hotel located near the convention center and across the street from a Walmart in case there was anything you forgot to bring on your trip. The room was slightly bigger than I was anticipating, and it even had a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The shower had really good water pressure.

Even though the room had a full size kitchen, it didn’t have any utensils plates classes. Anything that you would need to use the kitchen. Why?

Thank you very much, my place , will be coming back soon. The drive from California was definitely long, but once in my place, it was so relaxing that the bed was like sleeping on clouds. The kitchen on point The laundry room was perfect, easy access to restaurants and gas station pedro front desk clerk very helpful

We stayed for a total of three nights our room was never vacum, and we had to ask to get our trash taken out
