The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the bed was nice.

The breakfast was standard, not bad, not great, just so so. The lack of an elevator made accessed with luggage a bit hard, but it wasn't to bad, but all floors need access by a stair, so I'm not sure how good it is for people with accessibility issues.

The front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful. It was also great to have access to laundry facilities after a long week on the road. This hotel was right next to the interstate making it easy access to get around the area and there were plenty of good local nearby restaurants.

The price for this hotel in Nampa was more expensive than other similar hotels in other cities that had much better facilities, such as a pool, hot tub, and a fitness center.

The bed was really comfortable, the AC worked well, the TV was nice and had lots of channels. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

The refrigerator didn't get very cold. All the king size beds are upstairs, there should be some king size beds on the ground floor. More sausage in the gravy would be nice (breakfast).

The breakfast was minimal at best and with little/no other options. The booking through Super 8 did not go well. The assistant on the phone spoke very poor English. I called twice and after a minute or so of conversation, the calls were dropped. So I drove there, the front desk said the rate was $128 for one night 1 adult. When I Googled for motels in the area the advertised rate was $80. The desk said they wouldn't let me have a room at that price even after I showed him. O stepped out side and booked a room for $90. The question is, why would you turn down a potential customer on a weekday when there were multiple rooms available? I'm a senior and had the ability to use a smart phone, but there are many seniors who can't do that. That's not very smart business in my opinion. Pass off a future customer for a fixed faulty policy, that's bad business, unless your a millionaire and don't care. Sorry, don't think I'll be back ☹️

Rooms were updated & extremely clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Location was convenient & quiet, even being right off the freeway. Friendly staff & the continental breakfast offered many options. Definitely exceeded our expectations for the low price.

That I had a room next to the laundry room and people drying clothes past 10:30. Also staff not saying something to this lady that was staying next to me and was on the phone in the hallway being loud way past 11:30

The staff was very accommodating when we arrived late in the evening and needed an extra blanket. Once we got into our room it was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this to anybody and everybody! The hotel cost was less than many upscale rooms at other hotels but was better well kept!

It was ok.

There was only one chair ….we needed 2. We couldn’t find any cups to have a drink. When we called about getting a folding chair he was pretty abrupt about not having chairs and we needed to make the best of it. That’s the message we got .

The staff were so nice. Especially the cleaning gals.

The freeway got a little noisy but thats my fault for choosing a hotel by the freeway. Also wish other stayers would leash their dogs and clean up after their dogs. Stepping in dog poop daily was a little frustrating
