The staff were courteous and professional. This is not a five star hotel which is why I choose to stay at this motel chain. It's a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like real life. I'm a union ironworker and I've stayed in many hotels/motels during my career. I've stayed in many quality inn and suites for years across this country. I won't be an ironworker for much longer because I'm getting too old but whenever I'm on the road in my retirement years and I need a place to stay I will continue to find a quality inn and suites when I need a room. I have never taken the time to fill out one of these surveys before but this one is important to me. From the beautiful young lady at the front desk to the maintenance guy Mike with whom I had a few conversations with during my week stay I was impressed with the way these hard working people treated me. The breakfast was good as was the coffee. I hope these folks get the positive feedback they so richly deserve because these are the people who keep this business in business. I will call Mike in a few weeks to check and see if he and his co-workers have been contacted by the upper management regarding the compliments I have shared in this survey

There was only one thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable during my stay. The first night I arrived I was checked in by an African American man. I make it a habit to ask people I'm dealing with what their name is if they are not wearing a name badge. When I asked this man what his name is he told me that he doesn't give out that information due to company policy. This is not something that got me upset in fact I thought this man might have a life challenge that caused him to be a bit different in his social graces. The only reason that I mentioned it in this section is to point out even he was polite. The fact is he was very focused on the job at hand and got me check in quickly.

The breakfast provided was very good. A good variety. And the breakfast attendant was very attentive to what needed replenishment. The one morning I had a waffle but notified the attendant I thought the batter had gone bad, it tasted sour. He immediately removed the batter supply. Returned later, stated they wash out the container and filled it with new batter. A few days later I tried the waffle again...it was very good. Great waffles!

The only negative experience was upon checking in on Thursday, the young woman was very unfriendly, hardly looked at us, No greeting at all. She appeared to wish she was somewhere else.

My husband, Kent, recently had knee replacement surgery in Meridian and we have had to stay overnight in Meridian several times. I originally booked a room at the Quality Inn because it was reasonably priced. We have stayed at Quality Inn six times this spring and will be returning when he has his next surgery. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The rooms are clean. The beds comfortable. I had to stay overnight unexpectedly and the staff helped me with a late reservation and made sure that we had a ground level room. I highly recommend the Quality Inn.

Location next to Roaring Springs Water Park is absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was a very good set up with both hot and cold options. Facility was clean.

Check in staff was unprofessional and somewhat rude. Had a problem in our first room so we were moved to another, the situation was remedied rather quickly but again, somewhat unprofessionally.

The breakfast was excellent! My mother and I were very pleased. We absolutely plan to stay there again! The staff could not have been nicer! The price was excellent!

The accommodations were very nice, just a bit outdated and it felt a little claustrophobic, but nothing that we were concerned about. We will be back!

Staff at the front desk were great. Breakfast changed slightly--stayed two nights. This is good.

Discovered we had reserved a room with just one bed. To change to a room with two beds I was charged an extra $35.00. This is wrong. Disappointed that our beds were not made after the first night.

Nice room. Pleanty of counter space to put things. Clean. Nice shower head. Friendly staff. Coffee in lobby and breakfast were excellent.. We are return visitors.

We were moved from king room to two queens and our reservations were booked two months prior.. No easy chair in our room. Recoating the parking lot was inconvenient. Drier not working.

Price very reasonable, had availability despite late arrival. Close to interstate but very quiet. Comfy bed, best pillows Ive ever had in a hotel. Great breakfast too. Would definitely stay there again!

Honestly, nothing I can think of!

We called to let them know we would be late checking in. The employee couldn’t find our reservation. Manager took over & found our reservation. Booking.com had put it under another name. Manager made sure we had our rooms & was very nice.

Breakfast could have been better but staff was great and very friendly. They were willing to help and assist us and our needs with a smile. Even watched my grand son for a minute while I brought my bag out to the car. Best staff ever❤️
