the room was nicer and bigger than expected. Yes, it is an older property but we are "older properties" too so we don't mind that at all. The beds were blissfull, the bathroom was clean and the towels were big and absorbant! Bestest of all was the enclosed courtyard we could use for our pets! They needed to have "zoomies" so badly after three days in the car! And your staff were so nice - what a cute touch to give milk bones at check in. Thank you for that. And thank you for such a welcoming, comfortable stay. When we head north again on our way to our new home in Alaska we will be booking with you in Boise for sure!!

One piece of advice - someone had spilled something on the wall in the kitchen are and it left a good mark - when you have staff clean something like that have them clean the whole wall after cleaning the stain - the mark will be much, much less noticeable. The fan in the bathroom need to be fixed and an extra blanket around would be good to have when one partner wants to set the ac to zero!

We stayed for a basketball tournament for my 13 year old son and it was a great vibe! A bunch of the kids on the team stayed here. Awesome hang out space in the lobby with a pool table and games. A water bottle filling station with ice right outside the workout room where we could refill water bottles on the way out each day. Super clean. Breakfast options were great. Staff was super friendly and tolerant of kids hanging out in the lobby at night.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms were super small, but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was ok.

Love the fun modern style. Love how family-friendly it is. The shower had more than plenty HOT water and good pressure, the breakfast was good and open 6-10! Everything was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly. The lobby was designed to hang out in. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR TEAMS/GROUPS! (Especially teens/tweens)

Only thing I could complain about at this specific location is that I had reserved a 2 queen bed room, but got a 2 double bed room (BUT I did reserve through booking.com, so they could have mis-represented it. Tiny fridge and no microwave in the room, but the lobby was super accommodating for eating, etc! I had a ton of issues with the Hilton app (pre-check in and digital key), but that was not the fault of this specific hotel. There were hiccups with me booking 2 Hilton hotels for the same dates, and somehow, the cancelation of the other hotel did not register correctly which was a big pain...But again not Tru's fault and they tried all weekend to help me!

Breakfast was good-it had a nice variety and enough seating in the breakfast area. The hotel staff was very friendly and always said hi when passing through the lobby

getting to and from hotel is a little tricky. bathroom mirror could use a little more light and maybe have three towels in the bathroom instead of just two. the dispensers for soap and shampoo were not the very easy to use.

Loved the fun lobby worth it's vibrant colors swinging chairs, quiet nooks, pool table and games. Gym had SO much equipment and was so large, the best I've EVER seen in a hotel. Decor was fresh and innovative. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Loved the personal texts after check in. Room was great.

A few tiny maintenence and cleaning things could be improved: clean the water bottle filter drain, some water damage on bottom of drywall by shower.

The staff was more than happy to help me reserve my room again and investigate why it was canceled and they were also happy to give me my cancellation feedback

I originally went through booking.com to get this room when I got to the hotel, they said that I no longer had a room because booking called the hotel and canceled my reservation. so I got a cancellation V, and had to redo my reservation right there at the hotel then booking charged me twice within the following week for that room I had to dispute it through my bank booking.com sucks for reservations, and I will never ever use it again, and I will warn all my friends and family!

Friendly staff, clean facility.

The coffee at breakfast tasted like hot water all five days we were there. Would it not be a detriment to your hotel if I and others would switch brands to another provider just because the morning coffee is so substandard? Just wondering. We will stay with you again, one more time, but if this coffee thing is not addressed, we are no longer with you. Address this seemingly insignificant thing and you might see greater occupancy rates. I am certain of this.

Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Enjoyed the pool table and the pool (not too cold!) & hot tub. Lots of options for breakfast.

Traffic was loud and AC/Heat fan wasn't very loud to block noise. Pool wasn't the cleanest inside. Pancake machine takes a long time on a busy morning with lots of guests.

Lots of convenient parking, quiet location, very nice indoor pool. Wonderful room that was very well appointed. Staff was exceptionally friendly courteous and helpful.

Breakfast hours were a little short and they ran out of food early. A little off the beaten path depending on where you are headed, but very convenient to major thoroughfares. The lighting in room was a little too dim and sparse in the workspace area.
