The room was comfortable it was easy to regulate the temperature and I liked the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.

The room looks outdated and the shower could have been cleaner and the shower curtain was too small it wouldn't reach from end to end so the bathroom floor got soaked.

Hot breakfast was great, so many options to choose from. We didn’t feel rushed to getting breakfast because they gave you 3 hours. Staff kept making sure there was always food for everyone. Staff was all friendly. No smell in the hallways and room. Pool size was big, and lots of towels were available at the pool. Overall exceeded my family’s expectations. Will definitely stay at a Best Western Plus from now on.

Convenient location for what we needed.

There was not enough parking. Parking slots are very small. There was one person that parked his pickup and boat taking up 5 parking spots, then someone in a small car had no place to park so they wedged themselves in close to the boat which was blocking the back parking lot completely. When the truck and boat left the car was still blocking. Did not like breakfast sausage. It tasted freezer burnt. Did not like not having maid services for 3 nights. We had to get more towels and TP and take out garbage. Rooms should have been discounted. There was someone sleeping outside in the grass by the side parking lot.

Mark at the front desk made pleasant conversation while checking us in. He asked if we would prefer a 1st or 2nd floor room and explained amenities of hotel. He said to let him know if we needed any help. His demeanor was friendly, courteous and welcoming. This is our second time staying here. Rooms have older finishes and parking lot views but are very clean and comfortable. We appreciate that restaurants and a grocery store are a short walk across the parking lot. Property is in a well lit business area and feels safe. Morning breakfast had options and was good.

Some outside noise, it wasn't a problem for us, as we were leaving early but the front of hotel might be quieter if you want to sleep late. The parking lot is very close to the building and we were woken up at 6:00 am by trucks starting; work crews were staying at the hotel and the back parking lot was where there vehicles were parked.

The room was very clean (thankyou cleaning staff) breakfast was very nice with good options and stocked the lady did a very good job. The front desk person was curtious and professional. The parking lot was lighted well and nice color for the building. Didn't use the other things but they looked very inviting.

2nd worst bed ever stayed in for the price of one night at $175. It was a uncomfortable spring mattress that squeaked,and creaked every time you moved. If this truly was a quality in id expect better. 1st worst bed was motel 6 and it was like sleeping on the floor Marriott is by far the best bed ever it was a dream. Maybe one day quality inn can get back to what it use to be #1

The property was nice and clean. Staff was very kind and polite and helpful. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely stay here again!

While trying to sleep someone in the above room kept moving furniture around or doing something that was really loud. Not the property’s fault but it was kind of annoying and creepy! LOL!!!

It’s quiet. For us, it’s a great location. Breakfast is pretty. It’s not luxurious, but clean and comfortable.

Parking isn’t adequate. We have a handicap placard, and couldn’t find any place to park. There was a truck with a large trailer taking up 8 spots. We were asked to park across the street. All large rigs that take up more than one space, should be required to park across the street..

We liked everything about our stay. Everything, inside our room and out, was clean and well-maintained. We were glad to spend the evening in our lovely room. I am grateful for the manager and housekeeping staff for a job well-done. (See what I didn't like)

The front desk clerk was young and I'm guessing inexperienced. She couldn't find my reservation. She said reservations through booking.com often were not found. I went to the car to find my paperwork and discovered I had already paid for the room. I went back in to tell her and she called in her manager who found my reservation. She said it was a good thing he was there!!! No, duh! I would have paid for a room I didn't get to use!!

The accommodation was perfect for our party of 3. We had a suite which included a sitting area as well as a bedroom with two queen beds. The hot cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. We would definitely stay there again

I asked the front desk, Megan, for a light bulb since the floor lamp for reading was missing. She said she’d get right on it. It didn’t happen during the 3 nights I stayed. When I checked out I stopped at the front desk to remind them the room needs a light bulb. A young man eventually came to the front desk, I guess he worked there, he had no uniform or name tag on his T-shirt. I also mentioned to Megan one of the doors was sticking and people thought it didn’t work so they had to walk around to the front. She said she would have maintenance look at it. They didn’t during my three days there.
