My husband and I stayed here with our cat for about 40 days while we waited for the sale of our home to close in Texas. We were very impressed with the place. We rented a Studio Suite with a King Bed. To our surprise, it had a balcony. The room itself suited our needs, but became a bit tight with the two of us and all of our luggage (4 big suitcases, plus 2 backpacks). The room included a desk, couch, side table, stackable washer and dryer, kitchenette with dining utensils, cleaning supplies, a full fridge and freezer, microwave and cooktop. We were able to schedule weekly housekeeping and restock on cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed. WIFI was included and we made use of the gas grills in the common areas several times. There was free coffee provided in the lobby and a very nice fitness center. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, though I would say only 1 was really walkable to get too. Overall, a great place to stay to meet our needs during our transition.

A few nights we could hear the people above us but luckily this was few and far between. Not sure if the property was understaffed or just super busy, but many times I had to call the front desk to schedule housekeeping as staff was usually stepped away. I think our biggest complaint was that our TV had to be reset often. Not sure if it was Dish Network, or just a bad TV, but it would drop the channels and just be a black screen. Usually after each reset it would work for a day or two, but then we would encounter the same problem again.

We were charged an additional 20.00 than what we were quoted It takes way to long to empty the full trash from your outside dumpsters The coffee machine was awful mine was light brown water but it never indicated ot was missing ingredients

This is the top place to stay in the area. Located close to everything. It has a very clean and new feeling and having all the amenities they provide including in room washer and dryer is hard to beat. I would stay here more often but it’s more of a luxury due to a higher price point. I do think it’s worth it because they provide so many things in the room. Can’t forget about the dishwasher too.

There is nothing I did not like other than affordability.

The room was a good size, well stocked with kitchenette and washer/dryer. The bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and all was clean.

You can hear everything that's going on: doors opening and closing, people walking down the hall and in the room above you, and all the cars driving on Franklin Street. I had to sleep with ear plugs. Staff wasn't particularly friendly and often not visible.

This little place is like a mini apartment and they provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Think airbnb combined with a hotel and this describes WaterWalk in my opinion.

Not the fault of the hotel but Eagle Rd is like a racetrack so you will hear noise. Luckily it quiets down before 10pm. The TV location is really close to the sitting area, and the desk is right by the tv which made it hard for me to do school while my husband had football on.

This was our last stay of a 2 week road trip and one of our favorite stays of the trip. The newness, cleanliness and size of the apartment was very comforting and worth the value. I’m extremely picky about hotels as they kind of gross me out, but I didn’t want to leave this place! The girl at the desk was nice and helpful and the location is close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment even had a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, a balcony and breakfast would be the only things that could have made it any better!

My husband I were looking to move to an area which offered the following: location, close to family, four seasons, clean city and surrounding areas, options on doctors, dentists, reasonable housing options, affordable shopping, gas, utilities, financial institutions, activities and churches. A definite plus was the people and their kindness, and very welcoming.

The traffic.

We had problems stayed 11 nights and didn’t get our room clean . I didn’t know that they don’t change until 7 days so I thought after 7 days they did it but no so I went and ask any way I said how about tomorrow then they said they don’t do that on the weekend so I said Monday she said I’ll put it on the schedule I saw it came back the next day and it still wasn’t done that was 11 nights no clean sheets. I did go get clean towels.

The rooms are super well thought out, great little kitchens, closets, laundry, desk, etc. This company has mastered the efficient hotel room layout. Super clean room, bedding and pillows were great, pillows make it or break it! We are Marriott people and this hotel has one thing mastered they do not, the air conditioning unit is built into the walls so that it does not blow on you directly at night. kudos!

We would have appreciated a water feature in the workout room.
