The breakfast was great… Everything was great and staff was good. The only problem was the regional manger was very unpleasant.

The regional manger was extremely rude and unprofessional. She walked into the lobby and then came to the front desk and yell at a guest to turn off the music and they lady asked if she could turn it down and the lady no turn it off. In case asking nicely she demanded it out the guess. Then she goes and calls the cops and for something that was nothing. Every staff was great because her no people skills at all not sure how she made it regional manger. She definitely needs help with customer service.

I Like the 2 queen studio with pullout room. I love the thought out storage space. I also enjoyed the fun colors.

I just wish there could be a 2 bathrooms somehow or like other Hiltons we have stayed at in the past- I love when the shower and toilet are in separate areas with separate entrances. The couch itself was hard to sleep on. The beds were too hard.

This place is spotless!! I mean the most clean hotel I have been in for years! They wash every inch between guests. I watched them open every drawer and wipe it out. A-mazing service amazing cleanliness. Super close to concert venue.

The oatmeal was water. But, I think maybe the person making it just didn’t know how to mix it.

Cental location, great breakfast and spacious rooms

Said there would be daily housekeeping. Housekeeping did not come by. I have 2 children in diapers, so our trash needed dumped desperately. Had to call the front desk.

The price per night went ridiculously higher. Should never have to pay 300$ for one night.

It was very clean, the beds were amazing, the gym had good equipment and was very clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Love the text message asking if we need anything.

The comforters are too hot. A flat sheet would be fine.

Location was excellent! Close to amenities. Easy to walk to get exercise or a meal or a manicure!

Nothing to improve. Everything was beyond my expectations.

Simple, clean, modern

Parking is a little odd compared to the location of your entries. That’s a structural thing though, so I felt like everything was great overall.

Good staff and location. Room was nice , clean and comfy.
