The only downfall is the smell that comes with Nampa while you're in the room you can't tell that it's even happening outside but they have to be factory and sometimes you smell the livestock but generally like I said you can't smoke when you're indoors and it's not maybe 1020% of the time

noise level during remodeling was not even noticeable in fact with the whole floor being booked it was remarkable quiet with the occasional child running the hallway, the hotel from what i understand is under new management and the previous let its reputation run into the ground. i travel a lot, and to that end, i would would to rate this hotel as one of the best i've been in the last 6 months. my reasoning is cleanliness, spaciousness, safety, value. ***** there you have it

Was very happy to have a decent, clean room to stay in for a few days.

Booking.com web site was a little confusing. Booked for someone else to stay, but somehow when the reservation was received by the motel ... they could not use it. I had to go onto the Booking.com mobile phone app (which is of course limited and/or a different platform or look) to make changes for the motel to check-in the person on their end. Booking.com rep did call to assist, but I had already figured-out the mobile phone app change needed. Thank you on both ends for the assistance. Greatly appreciate Booking.com and Nampa Inn & Suites for helping myself and my family in a time of need.

The customer service was good and patient. The bed was comfy.

The motion door would turn on randomly. The bath would drain little by little.

Outdated, not very clean

The staff would really friendly and made sure to take care of everything. I forgot an item and they held it until I was able to pick it up in a over a week.

The facilities could been cleaner. The outside smelled a little funny but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Under new management AND I actually got my cash deposit back in the morning! No more ciggy smell. Front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful!!!
