This is a no nonsense hotel and a fairly new facility. The room had everything ones needs with a full refrigerator, microwave, a stovetop and kitchen sink. The furnishing included a dining table and a comfortable easy chair. Everything worked! The location was away from traffic noise. This facility is designed for people who are probably working temporarily away from their home location.

The coffee maker was not K-cup compatible which I prefer.

The property was close to shopping areas and super markets but because it was set back from the busy Eagle Road, it was very quiet. The room was large and very comfortable and it was also quiet within the hotel. Facilities were mostly great.

The kitchen facilities were extensive but there was nothing provided to use in the kitchen. So no cutlery, cups (apart from paper) or glasses, which I assumed would be the bare minimum. I didn’t remember seeing anything on my booking details that explained we would need to bring everything for our short three-night stay, which we could have done if we had known they weren’t provided.

The awesome customer service. Thank you Chris, Brianna and General Manager Corrine. These ladies were compassionate, kind, helpful, understanding, caring....the list goes on. This trip did not turn out as planned for us but, these ladies made our stay the best we have ever had at any hotel. We had to extend day by day due to personal circumstances and they made the changes easy and no hassle. The price was more than affordable...you will not be disappointed . If you want to be treated right... My Place Hotel - Boise is the place to stay. Tell the front desk Heidi sent you!

Nothing, this place was awesome.

The hotel is a little bit off the highway but in a really quiet area. The room had a kitchenette with a full sized fridge. It was spotlessly clean and in great shape. We had our dogs with us and they have a great pet area. Plus a nice bbq & eating area outside.

The only shortfall was breakfast. We are used to a continental style breakfast. This was more of a prepped/packaged food.

Friendly staff, good location, cleanliness and fairly large size room and bathroom. There are good alternatives for meals in the neighborhood. Reception staff responded promptly to requests that were made to them.

No continental breakfast offered on site. Hotel description states that pets are accommodated on the first floor, but there were guests with pets in the elevators and in other rooms of top floors - some guests might appreciate knowing that their room, sofas, beds, etc., have not been used by animals, before them.

The staff were nice, it was very clean, and I was honestly so excited about the fuzzy blanket at the end of the bed. It felt cozy. The bathrooms were also very clean with nice water pressure.

Didn’t like how the tv was limited to channels. Based on the tv, I thought it was a smart tv and it seemed like they disabled features so you couldn’t log into your streaming services

Everything. We were in town for a family wedding. We received early check-in. They communicated with us through the whole process. All the nights we were there, the staff was friendly and helpful. Other guests must have agreed because every night, the parking lot was packed.

The doors all slammed shut. As guests left early in the morning and the slamming doors was hard to sleep through.

I like that all the rooms I stay in with My Place are similar so I always know what to expect. Also Anna at the front desk when I arrived was very helpful and kind. So was the lady that checked me out in the morning, though I don't remember her name.

There were some places that the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning, but nothing major. The tub looks like it could do with a remodel or deep clean.

The staff was amazing, willing to help accommodate my requests eventhough I was not expecting it! They made my stay worth it! The room was cozy and clean.

If I had to knitpick something, my AC needed a tune up as it was loud. Other than that, I was super comfortable! The recliner was amazing!

Location was key for us. Easy on/off interstate, close to shopping areas but more important close to family that we were visiting. When we check in/out the staff always meets us with a smiling and warm greeting, acknowledging us each time as we come in and go out.
