We had a huge giant open room for our anniversary. An amazing jacuzzi time where you could dim the lights and light candles and it was the perfect romantic getaway that we needed

Some low-carb breakfast options would be great. That even missing that they do have cereal waffles all that sort of stuff so they have a pretty good assortment of breakfast items.

The place was clean, and the location was convenient, close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable for the three of us, with a good bed, a standard-size shower, and excellent air conditioning especially appreciated during the warm days! The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. We didn’t use many amenities, but I did notice that the parking area was spacious and easy to access. Overall, it was a great value for the price we paid. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The electronic keys failed once, but they were fixed very quickly by the staff. We didn't have any more issues.

I'd have to say the staff. "Destiny" greeted me when I arrived much too early for check in (flight times) She quietly did her job for others and made time to arrange an early available room. The early check in charge was unexpected but I'd have been a fixture in the lobby by 3pm. Also some help when I couldn't get back in my room and someone from cleaning rooms was so pleasant helping me get into my room, yet again Destiny found the reason. Clerical error somewhere resulting in my card expiring.

The room was clean and pleasant. AC one of the most efficient I've experienced. Not a dislike at all but a suggestion to make the bathroom a little more like the room itself. Update it. Redo the tub caulking if nothing else. I'm not a fan of any dark areas around it.

Overall a good hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and good quantity. Nice pool and hot tub (open 24 hours!), with adjacent exercise room.

The carpet in my 3rd floor room was frayed at the edges, and the window screen had a hole in the lower corner (I assume a previous occupant was so addicted to their damned nicotine that they had to destroy property instead of getting their lazy self down the stairs and outside for their fix...but perhaps that's just my personal bias:-). Also, the mirrored bi-fold closet door was off its track, making its operation difficult (I was, with some effort, able to affect a repair:-).

clean room, well stocked. Kind of smelled when I walked in, still not sure what it was. Kept the fan on cool during my stay. Love the coffee, tea, water bar. Pool and hot tub are nice. Like that they have a gym, but could not get TV to work, one of the benches has been broken since last summer (which was my first stay at this location) Breakfast has variety of foods, but the dining area could use a microwave since the food is not always hot (such as eggs, sausage) and the coffee in the air pots gets cold and you have to take it to your room to heat it up, i

Please fix the bench in the gym, it has been broken since last summer. The food is not always hot or even warm for breakfast...an addition of a microwave would be so helpful. The hallways and stairs are usually dirty, not sure how often they get vacuumed. Don't stack the cups near the coffee so high, more is not better in this instance. Difficult to reach and hard to take apart. Love the assortment of tea and coffee creamers though..

Wonderfully large room.. Actually had a window with a screen that we could open and leave open all night! Was very quiet! And had feather pillows!

At check in, we were asked if we wanted daily maid service. You only received it if you requested it. I said I did, that at least make the bed, fresh towels and glasses/cups. We returned in the evening of our first day after being at the ball field all day and nothing was done! The desk gave us towels and glasses, and the next day our room was made up. Wasn’t very happy the first evening though.

The breakfast was good: not fancy, but hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, patty sausage, and self-cook waffles. Coffee, juice, cold fruits, etc. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours! Large parking lot easy to find a spot to park even after returning in the wee hours. The flatscreen TV was a decent size, with a large number a of cable stations available (c-span, hbo...).

The breakfast bar gets congested due to the L-shape. Also tables and counters remain messy a bit too long (that is due to the selfish nature of our modern piggy society wherein people don't cleanup the messes they make...tsk tsk). The single elevator is slow at times. I thought it was slightly overpriced (just like all the others in the Boise area).

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We were on one of the top floors, and I really appreciated being able to use the elevator to transport our luggage to the room. The room itself was large enough for the two queen beds and a small sitting area. It was a very nice, well-appointed space; everything was clean and tidy, as represented on Booking.com. The area of the hotel was near a large mall, and if it had not been so hot, we probably would have walked over and checked it out more than we did. They had complementary breakfast and a pool. Perfect for what we needed.

The elevator is pretty small for people and their luggage. We had to wait a few times to take our things up to the room. I found this a pretty minor inconvenience during our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. LOVED the 24-hour pool/hot tub. Good access to rooms. Great pet area, and good to have pet in room. Room was very comfortable, and beds were, too. Room was quiet. Great location of hotel. I was having trouble accessing the internet, and the young man at the desk had me bring my computer down, and he helped me get online. Outstanding!

There was 1 of the 3 days that we didn't receive clean towels, so we had to ask for them.

We got a great deal on a room with three beds--one of which was in it's own section with a separate tv and sink. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided all the typical accommodations found in hotel rooms. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool is open 24 hours and was clean and well managed. There was a fitness room right by the pool as well. The hotel was not far off from the freeway and was in a good quiet part of town. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I can't think of anything except that the parking lot was quite full so we had to park just a bit farther away, but it was still not bad.
