Well designed rooms, with ample charging ports, mirrors and space. Comfy beds, nice big couch, loved the sink OUTSIDE the bathroom. Extra kitchen area is a bonus too. I would have been comfortable there all week. Well supplied gym with lots of weights. Fast check in process.

I'm not sure the parking lot lights turned on. Wish breakfast had more fruit. However I was grateful for the boiled eggs. We came in for breakfast just after a huge soccer team, so maybe it was pickings for us.

The room was comfortable and spacious although it felt a little smaller than 450 sf. It was clean for the most part. The free breakfast was acceptable. The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff was nice and helpful.

There was no waffle batter left for breakfast and I would have liked a banana if it had been offered. The carpet in the room looked like it needed to be cleaned due to stains.

The location was ideal for our visit to family.

The ADA room we had was poorly designed: the bathroom was tight, the door swept inward rather than out, and the toilet was extremely low - not ideal for my elderly father. Also, we were on the 3rd floor, quite a long walk from the elevator bay. Even with his walker, my father was quite exhausted.

We loved the room; it was very spacious & clean! The bed was super comfy. The breakfasts were delicious! A very good variety including fresh fruit.

The pool was cloudy, not clear & clean looking. I swam laps with goggles but couldn't see the wall. The drinking water was out of water in the gym during an afternoon.

Good location for my needs, free parking. Nice in House bar and great breakfast.

Be nice to have more maid service like the olden days. Had to ask for towels next room was never cleaned in my three nights day.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, offering a perfect overnight retreat. Truly, it would have worked for a much longer stay. The included breakfast, while not haute cuisine, had a nice array of choices.

The trick $8 bottle of what I thought was complimentary water. "How nice, I thought" until I broke the seal and saw that I had just spent $8 for a 24 ounce bottle of Évian.

We were Wowed by the this Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a little off the beaten path from where we usually stay, but it was well worth it. We will most likely use is many more times as we travel through Boise.

It is in a great location near restaurants and entertainment. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotless, which is a huge plus.

Bed was not comfortable. I've stayed here before, and this location had a breakfast that was not good. I didn't try it this time. Maybe it's better than a year ago, but I just skipped it. The room is huge, but the bathroom is tiny. The door barely misses the toilet when you close the door. You walk into the bathroom up to the tub, past the toilet, and then you can close the door. It's kind of awkward

Location was convenient for us. Staff was responsive. Good breakfast options, especially fresh baked biscuits.

It is starting to show its age. Carpet in our room was patched in several places. Didn’t look fresh. Air conditioning was quite loud. Had to put it at 75 to shut it off.

Coffee supply was lacking in room & unavailable during one breakfast.

Confusion at front desk about reservation of a handicap accessible room & which rooms qualified after reserving & confirming by phone. If you request & need accessibility, it's a deal breaker if not available.
