This facility is exceptional. I only have one caveat to express. I came across several illegal immigrants. They do not know how to read, write, or speak English. I can only assuming that these people crossed into Idaho illegally. This is a huge problem.

Your facility is allowing ICE to meet with illegal migrants in your front foyer. And then processing them into my country. Having them fill out forms. Getting them a cellphone. Teaching them basic English. That is unacceptable. International Rescue Commitee I have to turn you people in for allowing this to happen. You are not a government Homeland Security approved access point for Illegal Migrants. Where do you get the funds to house these people? From my tax dollars?

Newer property with spacious rooms and kitchenettes. Very clean as well. The staff was exceptional and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Noah at the front desk. His service was exemplary. He was kind, resourceful and empathic. I highly recommend this hotel just for his outstanding customer service.

There wasn’t any place to sit outside i.e.; bench, tables etc.

Clean, easy check in, the hardwood floors are perfect and having a recliner to lounge in during the day was great. Loved having a table on wheels to move around to accommodate my needs. At a great location for food and entertainment.

There’s a constant flashing light directly over the bed, honestly didn’t see what it was from but presumably the fire detector.

Room was comfy and cozy, had everything necessary. Staff were eager to help us find activities to do in town. As you walked in there was a section dedicated to things local and in the state as a whole to do.

We thought the complimentary breakfast was both subpar on thing and above par others. I would have liked something for the kids to have for a beverage there was only coffee and maybe a waffle maker.

Was clean and easy to get to.

Window curtain was broken, so you had to wedge it in place to keep it open. TV would automatically turn on by itself. Sometimes when you were gone so it was on when you returned, and sometimes while you were there.

The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a mini kitchen space with a sink, an electric stove, and a full-size fridge. The reclining couch was super comfy. Overall, it was a good stay.

Elevator takes an extra amount of time per ride

Easy on/off to freeway. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. I always like to stay at an extended stay property even if for only one night. Having the amenities and being able to keep items refrigerated or being able to heat items up is always a positive.

It was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast is grab and go, very minimal. This is an extended stay motel mainly for workers. It is not a travelers motel and does not have the amenities for travelers.

Comfy, quiet, clean.. staff was super nice, helpful and friendly.

I was not impressed with the breakfast options, or lack there of. But otherwise absolutely nothing else I could complain about 😊
