The property is about to begin renovations. Tho all the materials and equipment were already staged, None of it was blocking access to where I wanted to be. The bed was comfortable, shower was amazing, breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevators were busted and not clearly marked. I had a lot of luggage that I had to carry a long way. Not Really a BIG deal but it would have been nice if I didn’t have to double back to the correct elevator because the facilities were incorrectly marked. Again… NBD. You asked. And I will be coming back.

The room was really great! I appreciated the chair and desk, the places to put luggage. Did not use the tv. The best thing was there were enough electrical outlets for our phones, CPAP, etc. The bed was super comfortable! The soaps and shampoo in the bathroom were nice. There were sufficient towels. Everything was very clean! I really liked the refrigerator and microwave oven. BTW the included breakfast was really very good and tasty and also the place to sit and eat was not crowded and very convenient.

I could hear people in the room above me--which was kind of weird--their footsteps. The arm of the chair at the desk was broken--which was not a good thing. We had a terrible view (looking at the roof) but I did not really care about that because not sure what view you could have anyway or that it mattered.

Helpful staff

Uncomfortable bedding for pull out couch. No sheets available only scratchy blankets. Have a child with sensory needs that resorted to sleeping wrapped in towels. The bedding provided was all that was available and would not have been comfortable for me to use either. Unfortunate. Also, for the room type- king with pull out- the space was too confined. Would probably not stay again in this room configuration.

Fridge and microwave in room and wonderful breakfast daily. Coffee station available 24 hours and central location. In my case , across from st Luke’s hospital because I broke my arm on vacation and had to go to the ER.

Construction was happening

Friendly service. Great breakfast offerings. Comfortable bed and easy to set climate comfort. I like the brand you have for toiletries- Zero which helps with my dermatitis issues. The full mirror location was very useful getting ready for my event. Made use of both the fridge and microwave. Thank you.

The breakfast was very nice, good orange juice, eggs, and waffle maker. Very good temperature control in our room.

Shampoo bottle was empty after the second night but we found a housekeeper and got a refill. When I walked across the floor I heard a booming vibration. I'm so grateful I was on the top floor. The people below the top floor certainly must have been bothered when anyone walked around on the above floors.

The location was great. Clean throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and the check in process was smooth. The room was clean, big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, but very limited. Parking was great.

Need a fan in the bathroom. Our family took back to back showers and it was really hot, a fan would have helped. Couldn't stay in the pool area long because of the chemical smell. Breakfast was very limited. I dislike the prepackaged stuff that these hotels offer, it seems cheap and they are rarely good items. The waffles were great as usual, but the bacon was so thin similar to microwaveable bacon and no other options as they were out of eggs or omelets, whichever they were offering.

Breakfast was great. There were plenty of good choices and it was well taken care of by the staff to always be clean and stocked.

More than one choice of meat for breakfast.

Loved the comfy bed and linens. Room was so clean and inviting. The breakfast was amazing with really good food and lots of selections. Loved the Christmas decorations and fireplace too. Thank you for everything.

Rooms are updated and clean. Good cold and hot breakfast selection. Really liked that coffee and hot chocolate are available all day. Right off the freeway so quick drive to either Nampa or Boise.

Fitness room is very small but they do have complimentary passes to a local gym if you need more.
