The hotel - centrally located with restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Very clean, nicely appointed lobby and rooms and friendly staff to make sure everything is running smoothly. The staff - did I mention friendly! All went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Rooms - quite spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchenette, fireplace for ambience and warmth and an amazingly comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! The bathtub and steam were incredible and relaxing! Breakfast and afternoon wine - Devine! Both exceeded our expectations. We actually ended up staying an extra day.

Breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs and all the fixin's available. Great (ok, for hotel coffee) coffee and other options. Rooms were nice with lots of space. Bathrooms well done. It was a little noisy, but nothing too crazy and certainly nothing that disturbed my sleep. I would definitely stay again.

They didn't have any of the instant coffee refills once we used our coffee in the room the first night, but we just went to the Buffet area and got our coffee, so nothing too crazy. It was also difficult to get new towels one day; not sure why that was an issue;

The room was comfortable, well, equipped, attractive, and had all the amenities we needed. Check-in was easy and we received several texts asking if we were comfortable or needed anything. It was a surprise to have a free happy hour at 5:30 each day! The breakfast was fantastic with a chef doing omelettes or other egg options. Plus there were all the other usual options. That was a real treat! The hotel is conveniently located near many eating options and quick access to areas around Boise. I’ve already recommended this hotel to others.

Although the bathroom was large and had separate shower and deep tub options, there was only one light with fan option. If you’re traveling with a companion, using the restroom at night requires turning on an overhead light and fan, which is noisy for someone sleeping.

Free Breakfast was bomb with a cook making omelettes and eggs to order. They had a social event in the evening with chili and one free drink. The bartender and the chili was very good. Kids liked their Shirley temples. Very pet friendly and professional staff.

The grassy areas gathered all the rain and was a wet mess which doesn’t matter unless you have dogs that will get muddy

Location was very convenient, we ended up being 20 minutes or less from every place we wanted to visit in town with close freeway access. Complimentary breakfast was very good, the fresh prepared omelettes with ingredient choice was above expectation. There was also complimentary evening cocktails, we didn’t take advantage of those but it was also a nice above expectation touch.

There’s nothing for me to nitpick here, I didn’t use any of the extra facilities like gym or pool, though they seemed fine and and clean. It’s close to the freeway and the surroundings are mostly parking lot, but I never noticed any freeway noise and we were in the freeway side of the building. Admittedly, our stay was about exploring the town and not focused on hotel amenities.

The building was gorgeous, the location was off the main road but still close to things like freeway entrances and such. The staff was very friendly, I don’t remember his name but he upgraded our room free of charge since we had never been to Oxford suites before. Wonderful room, very clean and cozy, and the steam shower was amazing!

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was crazy loud. It wasn’t just in my unit. I could hear the one above me as well. I can’t believe they haven’t done something about those fans. It made me not want to use the bathroom. I cringed every time. Almost wanted to use the bathroom in the dark.

Great hotel! Conveniently located near the freeway and excellent restaurants. The facility is very nice, the staff is amazing, and the room was clean and spacious—perfect for our family of four. Highly recommended!"

It would be nice to have a bigger pool—it was packed and there wasn’t much space to relax around it.

The room size was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to everything you need.

Pool and hot tub close and open at bad times for those that want to just relax. I also booked a balcony room for privacy and views, got put into a ground level patio room. Parking lot and headlight views right outside the room. Disappointed there.

It was different! Not the same old hotel chains. It was a nice design and had local amenities . There was a pool with a baby pool and a hot tub . The gym was really nice for a hotel gym .

We got in late due to a flight layover so I regret we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much as we planned . All else was good!
