The staff are so nice! The night shift and morning shift are all very caring people. The breakfast is delicious. There is coffee available 24/7, a heated pool, a hot tub, and a gym open early in the morning and late into the night. The price is incredible compared to the benefits. There are tons of TV stations, there's a refrigerator and a microwave. An easy to control ac and heater. Wall plug-ins on the lamps make it super simple and easy to charge my phone. Overall, considering all the features included. The cleaning staff, front desk staff, and the cook are what make the stay enjoyable and worth it.

I think the cards to get into the room are sometimes inconsistent

I liked how prompt the service desk girl was. She was on it when our TV didn't work and when we needed towels and offered to get us a new room when our neighbor was loud. She in itself made me and my husband want to return to this establishment. The hot tub was really warm but not hot, and the pool was heated too, so that was also a plus. The bedroom was clean and was well worth the price we paid. The breakfast in the morning was ok, not the best, but it was better than some breakfasts we have had at other motels/inns/hotels.

I wish the hot tub would have been a little hotter and more bubbles. The breakfast was all microwaved foods except the waffles, and the bed was a little hard, but nothing beats home, right?

caulking around tubs should be redone as the mildew black all tubs seemed to get from time to time -- the phone was gross and missing a faceplate and did not work without using the speaker... direct tv service was on the blink going in and out... none of which was fixed while i was there -- front desk offerred to move me to another room but i was checking out

This is my third stay at this hotel. Normally we would be arriving late at night and leaving the next morning, so not a lot of time to enjoy it. We attended a tennis tournament this time so we had time to enjoy the neighborhood, nearby restaurants and the terrific breakfast. The staff was beyond helpful and so nice. The carpet cleaner worker was there every day and so friendly as we walked by . The other customers were very considerate at breakfast and not pushy. The breakfast room was open any time for coffee and reading near the lobby .Thanks so much!

Key cards a bit picky

The hot tub was operational and at a good-and-hot temperature. The staff at check-in and check-out were personable. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and (mostly) quiet. Regarding the "mostly," refer to my "dislike" comments below.

This is about rude patrons, not the hotel. What didn't I like? Hotel guests who do not know how to close room doors quietly, who talk loudly in the halls early in the morning or late at night, and/or think they are in their own living room and keep the TV volume up thusly. (Unfortunately, boorish behavior runs the price spectrum of hotels, motels, and resorts -- from low-cost to the high end.) Learn how to be civil in shared spaces, especially spaces that are, ultimately, about a place to sleep.

I really like Justin who helped us with the check in! Very friendly, helpful and understanding gentleman :) He deserves 10 stars for sure!

Coffee maker in the room (the water tank) was dirty(ish). The breakfast was very very minimal. Definitely was lacking hash browns and yogurt. Served peeled off boiled eggs by someone else didn’t seem to be safe to eat. I’d prefer to peel the boiled eggs myself. I have to admit, I loved the apples they had for everyone to enjoy.

Good breakfast choices. Good dog area. Comfortable.

Hallway needed vacuum.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was easy to get to. My wife had to fly out and got downstairs about 2 minutes after the shuttle left. Kelli called and got the shuttle to come back, but had told my wife she'd drive her to the airport if necessary! That's class!!

Our room had broken sheetrock, and somehow a bottle cap and toothpaste cap were down the drain of the sink. Didn't block the drain, though.

I appreciate the extra attention to details that make our room and lounge area feel cozy. Staff were very kind and courteous. The breakfasts were always a great variety with many nutritious choices. My rooms were very clean and I stayed here several times. Kids loved the pool! The hot tub and comfortable beds were a relief. The bathrooms are nice, and the cleaning staff is the best around. Loved that they’re so kind with my large dog.

No long stay rates

I usually stay at another place nearby but thought I’d try here this time and it exceeded my expectations. Much better value for money. Friendly staff and nice rooms.

It looked like they allow pets to stay and my room could’ve done with a bit of a better clean. There was still a fair few dog hairs on the floor which ended ip getting on my things. But ultimately not a big deal.
