The amenities, cleanliness, location and overall service from the front desk personnel. Satisfying Continental Breakfast included.

Upon arrival, assigning our room that was not serviced and ready for occupancy. Newly assigned room change and was not fully serviced, as there were only one small hand towel and three wash cloth towels in the room. No shower size towels! Room was left unlocked and open when we arrived to occupying the room. After changing the room number, received back only one room card key after orinanally requesting and receiving 2 caed keys. When charging for our two small pets, did not include the tax. Which had to be resolved by crediting the original chard to Master Card and re-charging my Master Card with the charge, plus tax! Other than these inconveniences, feel very comfortable with our stay for one night and the Continental breakfast included is very good, having an ample number of offerings!

Nothing I could eat. In a hotel this size, it would seem like there could be oatmeal and at least alternative to dairy milk and butter.

The shower door in one room was fixed to the wall and didn't slide, causing a person to have to step into the shower to turn it on and face the initial blast of cold water. The shower in the second room had a faucet that was very loose and was diverting very little water to the shower head. In a hotel this size, it would have been nice to have some alternative to dairy milk for breakfast. There was nothing I could eat.

The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff brought up luggage racks when 1 was missing. They had a full breakfast with eggs and meat in addition to the regular continental breakfast with waffles.

The room didn't have a closet, no place to hang up clothing. The AC was really loud. We asked for a quiet room. You can hear the traffic very clearly in the room. I wasn't told the request couldn't be met. The traffic noise was drowned out by the AC.

Your staff was so compassionate to help us during a very difficult time as we lost our loved one unexpectedly when we got to Boise. Betsy and Sue shared hugs and prayers for us and we were gifted with two additional nights when we had to extend our stay. This kind of care doesn’t come along often. It says a lot about your hotel and how they value their customers and treat them like family. Thank you for this.

Very nice accommodations for the value. Lots of good parking and great location for 1-84 Freeway, airport and downtown access. Located on a dead end street in a clean safe area. Breakfast was a complete breakfast and sitting space was very good.

Small cosmetic repairs need attention such as USB outlets which don't work and need of towel racks in bathroom.

On time pick up using hotel shuttle from airport. Check in was fast, smooth and easy. Like the room location, which was met with cleanliness. The bed slept well. I needed an extra night stay, and the staff made it easy.

My stay went by really fast.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel mini freezer for TV dinners for purchase was under repair but desk staff found 2 dinners stored in the back area for us. They also got us a ground level room right near an exit because we had our dog w/ us. Bed was super comfortable, best of all the hotels on our trip. Great breakfast options. Super happy to find they had sugar free syrup for the waffles, a rare bonus for a diabetic person. Convenient location (new property) in a nice neighborhood - not sketchy at all on a side road (no hwy noise if you request nort side room). It has a public park w/ tennis courts just across the street, near to airport has an Appleby's resteraunt just a block or so away. We stay here every time we travel through Boise.

No coffee at breakfast. Coffee maker was on the fritz.

Hotel location, Front desk rep. person, Room and property cleanliness and amenities, feeling secure, pet friendly and grassy areas for our puppies, Breakfast: Fruit, muffins, coffee, juices.

Assigned location of room very far away from the elevator. Included quality of breakfast scrambled Eggs, link sausage, white toast, cereals, toppings.

This is my number one prefered hotel in the entire US. The staff is always great, the rooms are comfortable, the place is super easy to find off the highway. Also, the rate is always comparable or better than surrounding properties.

Noticed that the room needed the ceilings cleaned...bugs caught in cobwebs. Nothing that can't be taken care of quickly and easily

This hotel checks off all the amenities. Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast bar, general cleanliness is excellent.

The staff was helpful and courteous; however, it seems this hotel must not be a choice place to work because I saw no smiles or friendliness. Everyone did their job well; however, the atmosphere was not friendly.
