i loved how much space the room had and was very comfortable for me and my group! the hotel was so clean and took off a lot of stress traveling puts on you !
me and the boyfriend were very sad that you had to pay for breakfast, (we didn’t see before hand) but i understand. the only thing is that the hotel is more pricey for it not to have breakfast included

The breakfast was good for a morning pick up. The dining room was fairly nice. Wish the bar served mimosas and it would have been nice to have the bar open a little later than 9:30pm. Staff was always very friendly.
The carpet was dirty and looked very worn. Also, the ripples in the carpet made it difficult to roll suitcases. It appeared that some kind of construction was going to begin.

It was very roomy with a sitting room. Easy access to get to. Has a dining room and food was good and breakfast was awesome.
The 2nd elevator was out of commission and they had renovations going on and the workers were using the only working elevator so it took awhile to get an elevator.

1st off the cleanliness, cleanest hotel I have stayed in Thank you!!! It was no issue for me to have my dog and he was so comfortable. All the staff from the checkin, bartender, cleaning and maintenance people I interacted with were top notch, guve them a raise. All other hotels should come shadow your employees, you are doing everything right
It could always be less money :) but you get what you pay for

Was a great place to stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean and nice. We relaxed in the hot tub, pool was too cold to use.
I let the front desk know at check out ( which was not their fault at all), that I was not impressed or was it acceptable for a guest to let their dog run in the hallway off leash, I don't care what kind of dog it is. Even though you don't think your dog will do anything, you don't know what will set the animal off. Staff knew exactly who it was and was on top of it.

Very comfortable and cosy feeling, 24/7 little shop for needs like pain medication and snacks, and very kind staff!
Really thin walls, could hear the guy next doors TV at full blast for at least 7 hours.

Location is near the airport since im just there one night and the shuttle service always right on time
Its best to rent a car nothing in walking distance

it was not clean in the hallways and elevators. trash on the ground and elevators with ground food in the carpet, was there our whole stay.
