Clean friendly staff and awsome room

When I booked the room through booking.com the first transaction didn’t go through then I did it again witch created a DOUBLE booking for the same room witch was NEVER corrected by either booking for by the hotel, we stayed in one room but have not gotten the double booking resolved it was a total of 488 dollars per room and we only stayed in one room ! I have attempted to contact booking and the hotel was told that the manger was to make the decision if we get a refund for the double booking and we have NEVER HEARD ANYTHING AS OF JUNE 30th !!!

The most friendliest and helpful staff I probably almost ever had. Very welcoming environment. Breakfast was different. All three days. The beds were comfortable. The fridge had a freezer that actually worked as a freezer.

Right next to the freeway and truckstop. My comforter had old stains would appear to be pee. Asked for extra pillows I never got them. The toilet seat was crooked and the bathtub squeak. The outside door scanner for the card didn’t work one day.

The staff are amazing, I stay often at this location due to my office being across the street. Aaron and Jasper Would greet me everyday by name and made me feel at home. While departing; ive grown so close with them and their hospitality we hugged and said see you soon

there was always fresh cookies available, and it made me mess up my diet, because they were so good! lol im kidding, the place is amazing and so are the staff

Very nice. Modern decor. Clean. Comfortable. Nice breakfast spread. Close to the airport, yet we did not hear airplane noise. Handicap rails and shower chair in the bathroom were very helpful. Helpful and friendly staff. Good price.

The only thing we didn't like was the price of the snacks in the lobby. I know we were paying for convenience, but this was ridiculous. $16 for a bag of chips and a pack of 8 cookies. It would be nice to have a choice of regular cereals at the breakfast bar, especially for children.

Complimentary shuttle was perfect and your staff /driver Nick exceptional. Debi at the front desk was excellent, knowledgeable, about the entire property. Greeting was spot on for customer excellence. Breakfast was just right. Great location to the next-door store, truck stop which is perfect. Early check in and perfect check out time. You are key on customer service. Would absolutely refer.

Our room Looked aesthetically modern and luxurious, the beds were perfectly firm and supportive but still soft and comfortable. The shower was hot and the TV was big. Great one night stay for a couple or even solo if you’re on a trip.

The shower Head itself wasn’t the best but did not impede taking a shower and feeling the water all over. Besides that there wasn’t too much I can say that was bad.

Loved the friendliness of the check in staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I was THRILLED. The hot tub was working! The gym was perfect for getting a quick workout in. I appreciated how close it was to the airport and to my destination.

I would have appreciated my room being cleaned in between days. I was unclear how to have that happen. Maybe if there was a note explaining to me to let staff know or how it works to have the room cleaned would be nice.

We were very impressed by how clean, new and modern everything felt. Our room was super spacious and had all the amenities. The bed was really comfortable and my partner liked the free breakfast. Great location right off the highway.

As we were unloading the car, we found a door on the first floor that led to the outside that was jammed and wouldn't close. I reported it two different employees but they seem indifferent, It meant that anyone could walk in from the parking lot and roam the halls. We also tried to visit the hot tub - but it was overflowing with cold water.

The staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful. The beds were comfy, the tv was huge, & the water pressure in the shower was great!

Being so close to the interstate & the airport, we could hear.planes & trucks throughout the night, but it wasn't horrible. I bet if the heater fan had been on, it would have drowned out all of the outside noise.

Beautiful Clean Had a bad experience at our original booking and called spoke with a lil red head named Debbie at front desk on the 23rd looking for a new room and she hooked us up ! The staff was amazing and the food was good!

NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT HERE !!
